Move in cleaning was requested - dirty job, but based on the charge I thought they were being well paid for what needed to be done. Bathrooms and Windows were inefficiently cleaned to where they needed to be cleaned again. Did not follow instructions on not to clean floors since they were already professionally cleaned, and they wasted billing hours cleaning floors. Sat in driveway for 20 minutes after they were done cleaning and were still charging me on the clock. Tried to dispute charges with the company and they were slow to respond and did not discount the charges near where they needed to be for the lack of quality clean.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE!!! It was a terrible experience! The "crew" arrived and was able to communicate in English. They had not been informed before arrival as to anything I had told their home office. They spent over an HOUR cleaning out my walk in closet which I had request be omitted and then their supervisor called to ask for more time (and MONEY). They also laid waste to my home office which I explicitly asked them not to do. They put soaking wet sheets on my beds and then made up the beds with down comforters which would have ruined them had I not discovered this in time. They broke an iPhone charger. I spoke with the main office about their performance and was told that the girls had left the premises or they would have sent a supervisor out. I happened to be at home during this call and informed them that their crew was still standing in my living room with all their equipment. Their manager called to apologize and asked me to give them another chance. They charged me over $100 more than they initially quoted. She asked for another chance with another crew and I stupidly said ok, but with the requirement that I be present when their crew was in my house. The second time, their crew was over two hours late. After waiting around all morning for them, I left to go to the store. I was gone 30-45 minutes during which time their crew apparently came to my house (which was locked), rooted through my houseplants on the front porch and found my spare hidden key, came in "cleaned" - still cannot tell what they did other than taking a pile of laundry down to the basement and charged me $150 for the "service". They call it "service", I call it breaking and entering! This company is HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE!!!!

The entire experience was positive. Things that stand out in my mind were: (1) the crew displayed great pride in their work (2) they were there over four hours and they never stopped working "at top speed" (3) a supervisor came by half way through the morning and personally checked on progress (4) when the refridgerator obviously was going to need a lot of time, the office called and checked with me before authorizing additional work time (5) when the job was complete - you could literally "eat off of the floors". I will be calling the Maid Brigade again for services, probably on a regularly scheduled basis.

IT WENT FINE. MY CONDO HAD NOT BEEN DEEPCLEANED IN YEARS, BUT I AM A NEATNICK SO THERE WAS MORE DUST THAN DIRT. THEY DID EVERYTHING THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO.

I liked the job they did, but I did not like the pricing. They quoted me the price over the phone. I would probably work with them again.

They were on time, prompt and did a good job. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Maid Brigade arrives promptly and gets to work right away. The girls that clean are very friendly too. They always arrive with good spirits. Maid Brigade does excellent work. Our house is sparkling clean because of them.
