He knew what he was doing. One person came to install washing machine. It took about an hour or less. They did a good job. I had just moved and the garage was full of stuff. I had to pull my car out before they could get the machine in the house. They had to move the dryer out because the room is so small.

I have to say I am very nervous about hiring contractors vetted by someone else. They did a great job though. Very happy

Sales guy was helpful and I knew mostly what I wanted and he helped me use my coupons in the best way. Delivery team reminded me and truck was prompt and alerted me as to drop off. I even had them come back out to level it. One of the sales folks at my 2nd visit was less happy but eventually scheduled the guys to come back out. They don't like to call it and quot;set upand quot;, it's a and quot;deliveryand quot; for manufacturer warranty purposes, but they did it and the guys that came (2x) were capable and friendly and leveled my washer. Lowes will make sure you're happy in the first 30 days, that was still in my window.

Dan Moseley at Lowe's was ABSOLUTELY the most helpful person to us. He had a wealth of knowledge about carpet fibers and prices. He helped us purchase beautiful, high quality carpet for less than any other estimates. Our order came in quickly - in less than a week. The installation crew did a fine job. They worked diligently and cleaned up meticulously. They were an hour later than I was told they would arrive and they didn't call. I will definitely use Lowe's and Dan Moseley the next time I purchase carpet.
