Description of Work: Paid for 10 vent and 1 return Cleaning, since I have "soft venting" meaning they are soft sided vents all they could do was blow compressed air into the vent and vacuum out what little dust came out, they were able to do this wonderful job with out even removing my vent covers. would not recomend

Description of Work: Steve and Robert were punctual about calling for appointment ans also were on time. I had a dryer vent cleaned out. The coupon only covered the outside vent. I paid extra for them to clean it out inside. They did not use a vacumn outside so there was lint all over my yard. Also they did not use "booties" when entering the house. |They mentioned that they also cleaned carpets. I had my carpets that day also. |I was happy with the job .

Description of Work: They cleaned out the dryer vent, but had a difficult time w/ the outside vent cover, which was the fault of a previous plumber. Everything worked out & vent is working great. |I was surprised at how much lint was left in the laundry room.

Description of Work: Really appreciate the effort on all sides but we could not schedule a time that would work for both parties. He is very busy, probably because so many people find his service good. Unfortunately, we had to move to another provider because of a time constraint.

Description of Work: We purchased a Groupon deal for air duct cleaning with this company. The person who did the air duct cleaning did a great job. We added on a service, so it was a little more than the price of the Groupon. I would recommend this company, and use this company in the future.

Description of Work: I had a badlly stained carpet which he said would come clean, and it didn't. He couldn't clean my couch or chair because he said it couldn't be cleaned with water, they don't dry clean. I would say that he was here no more than 30 minutes, no furniture was moved, all that was cleaned was the middle of the floor. the room with the stain was cleaned wall to wall because it was empty. each bedroom was 11 by 10 and is connnected by a small hallway, which he cleaned. I just didn't feel like a got my money's worth. I don't think he pretreated the stain.
