I thought they did an amazing house. I have used other companies since I bought this house and they were by far the most thorough of any of them. They did things that the other companies did not even get close to doing. Removing cobwebs inside and outside of the house. I have super high rooftops and eves that hang over. They did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anybody. It was a deal from Angie's List for $99 and there was no additional charges. There was one person and I guess they were here for about an hour. There could have been somebody who came in the beginning but I think that it was just her. She did an amazing job.

The initial communication was prompt and courteous, and the service was scheduled at a convenient day/time. Andrew was friendly and thorough, and we received an excellent service with a bonus educational experience. We are very pleased and will likely sign up for one of the packages to continue with this protection for our home and family. Thank you! A+ rating.

. I purchased an Angies deal deal for three sprayings for $149. Company contacted me promptly after purchase and the first spraying was scheduled. Technician arrived on time and spraying # 1 was done a little over a week ago.

They gave an estimate in a short amount of time. Chris came and looked around and told us where our trouble spots were, and within 2 weeks they treated the house. Very courteous and knowledgeable. It was a bit pricey.

The first time I used them for Pest Control only, I felt as if my technician's attention to detail dropped after a while (not cleaning off spider webs around the home, changing glue boxes) and would not call ahead and let me know they were coming. This time around my tech seems to be much better in communicating the appointments, and their Termite/Pest Control bundle is a great deal and exactly what I wanted (I didn't want termite bait traps and are one of the few companies that still treat with Termidor), and have a low upfront cost to get Termite treatment, where the "big" companies want and arm and a leg just for initial treatment.

It went well. Tim not only was punctual, he was outside my house sitting in the truck a few minutes early, answered any questions I had knowledgeably, and got things done quickly.

They have been great. Very easy to get a hold of and schedule service. We have had a few bugs come back but they were quick to come spray again (just like they said) and it was no charge. We love using them.

It was okay. I always had to follow up with them to figure out when the next service would be which was sort of annoying. I feel like I'm chasing them for their services. I would not use them in the future. They should schedule the appointment as needed without me having to call and find out when the next one will be.

Service man arrived extremely late. Called at the original time he was supposed to arrive and said he was going to be there in an hour but didn't show up until 2 hours later. It was nearly dark when he arrived. He was very pleasant but his tardiness set a very bad impression with me.
