Carlos changed all of the exterior locks on my home (5 locks total). He was accommodating, professional and fast! He arrived right on time, was friendly and provided great customer service. He took extra care to protect the paint color on my front door when replacing the locks, fastened a loose door knob and lubricated our locks as well. He went the extra mile and provided excellent service! We'll be sure to use him again if we have any future locksmith needs.

Carlos is great (his son Brian is also very good). Super professional, punctual, fast. Would use him again in a second. The price seemed a little bit high, but I'm a cheapskate and I'm not familiar with the pricing in that industry (it may have actually been cheaper than others, but I just don't know. Regardless, I would DEFINITELY use him AGAIN!!!!

Carlos was able to come out within 2 hours of when I called him. He was professional, polite and very focused on getting the job done right. He is a true craftsman and cares about the quality of his work. I supplied the new doorknob as it was custom made to match the others in the house. Unfortunately 3 days later the new doorknob broke and locked up just like the old one. This was absolutely not Carlos's fault. It was simply a defective part. I texted Carlos on a Sunday night and asked if he could come back on Monday morning. He came out at 10am even though the roads were terrible due to the huge snowstorm we had the Friday before. He replaced the bad part with a spare one that I had. He did not charge anything for the second trip even though this was not in any way his fault. Carlos is a great locksmith and a wonderful local businessman. I highly recommend him. I will definitely use him again.

He arrived on-time. He was courteous. All of the keys and locks worked when he was finished.

It was a very sticky outside shed door with a doorknob lock. Most doors like this probably would have opened in 30 seconds but It was very,very tight and Carlos worked on it for at least 20-30 to finally get it to open. He used every tool he had and muscle too. I think a different locksmith might have given up and drilled it. Only $50.00 - thank you Carlos.

Carlos was on time, professional and got right to work. He was able to schedule a next day appointment and was extremely polite and professional. Without asking, the first thing he did is show his locksmith license and introduced himself. I told what I wanted, he asked a few questions and had it solved in about an hour. I have used locksmiths in the past and they were nearly twice that costs for 1 door.
