Description of Work: Notified by Metro water that I had a water leak. Plumber I called made an assessment of the problem but wouldn't do the work because he said he needed a machine to dig a hole and it was the end of the day. Since the leak was in my irrigation system I called Aqueduct Irrigation. Bob showed up within an hour. It was the end of his long work day but he spent ten minutes digging a hole to the pipe. He not only fixed the leak but he made an assessment of why it may have happened. He made corrections on these potential causes to prevent the same leak from happening again. He spent about two hours on the job. I'm very grateful especially because the water leak was very bad. I always receive excellent service from Aqueduct Irrigation. The service I received from Bob on this problem was outstanding.
