Description of Work: They changed/rekeyed 5 locks (to all the same key)

Description of Work: The locksmith did as promised. Arrived on time and worked quickly. $15 per lock with a $50 service fee. service fee was a little high but the rekeying per lock charge was reasonable. I had eight locks.

Description of Work: He replaced door cylinder.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the service this company did. Bill was very polite, did what I needed, offered some further safety suggestions for me to work on, and prompt. The cost was very reasonable as well. I would use them again & highly recommend them. Great job!

Description of Work: Bill came out to rekey the locks on three doors for me. Fast and efficient.

Description of Work: Had a broken front door dead bolt device plus a working door handle with lock. The gentleman came a bit late (but called to let us know). When he examined the dead bolt, he determined that it couldn't be repaired and so offered to just take it out so that it wouldn't be so obvious that it wasn't working. Based on the work he did (at our request) he did not charge us anything. I would definitely call him back in the future.

Description of Work: BIll re-keyed every lock in my house. We wanted one key and he said he didn't think he could do one key but he had some old locks in his van and ended up surprising me with one key for every lock in the house. AMAZING customer service, prompt, courteous and affordable.
