He never completed the re stripping of the parking lot as promised. He quit returning my phone calls more recently. He started this project last fall and promised to come back this spring to finish the stripping of the parking lot. He has never returned to finish.

The work he did was good, but only did half of what I had asked him to do. He had agreed to secure loose boards and paint trim as well as stain the house, but he only applied the stain. My bad, I did not get it writing so had any way to hold him too it. My advice, if you hire John Townsley to be sure to get the estimate and work agreement in writing.

Some of the spray paint reached some of our vegetables and flowers. They died because of this. Otherwise, the decks looked quite nice.

Called for an appointment for an estimate shortly after project was posted. Very pleasant to talk to and work with. The quote he gave was the price payed after completing project. He even did extra to make sure the work was correctly done .Work site was cleaned after he completed job. I am going to hire him for another project I have later in the summer. I have already recommended him to a neighbor.

John got in touch with us right away to bid the job and then completed the project just the way we needed it within 3 days. I will definitely recommend him.

I hired Michael to repair holes in the metal roof and paint it on 03/06/19 and I paid them, the holes are still there on the roof, I called Michael the following Monday and he never got back to me

polite but he caused damage to my roof that had to repaired by Nolan Roofers. Did not do the repairs that was needed and trim was missing. did seal some holes in roof but did not clean roof before sealing and used just regular paint and not sealer and on top of that he painted over the leaves and twigs that was on the roof. I would not hire this company again. I have tried to call the company for several day and HomeAdvisor has tried and they can not reach him . So make your choose but for me all I want my money back and get someone else that is more reliable.

john was on time, took the time he needed to complete the job even tho weather delayed the process. he kept a clean worksite and gave a very fair price for the high quality work he performed. he also offered a 7 year guarantee on his work. i would highly recommend him for metal roof painting and have already received another fair estimate for additional work to be done at our property.

Completed half the requested work. Has not responded to requests to complete the job. Completed work is ok.

John came out today and is coming back to fix the issue with the sealer. Am really pleased that he does back up his work.
