Alex Skinner and his assistant cleaned and replaced my dryer vent. Alex is easy to communicate with, he explains the options, is receptive to what the customer wants. They arrived at the time I requested and were efficient while here + kept everything neat and clean in the process. I will hire Healthy Home again for other services. Alex with Healthy Home Services USA came to my home August 2020 to replace rotten wood, to caulk and paint my home. He did not use the proper caulking so the insurance company has denied my claim for damages. There are cracks where the wood separated from the brick where the caulking has disintegrated due to low grade caulking rather than silicone.

The work was completed very timely. The contractors were very responsible and kind. The tasks were completed and well done.

after chimney sweeping inspected firebox and repaired missing and loose mortar then inspected flu for cracks and went outside to inspect fireplace structure and took pictures then got ladder so they could inspect concrete cap on top which was cracked and crumbling and repaired with a 15 year warranty. I was very impressed how professional and did everything in one visit and clean up was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
