I’m not pleased at all with the service provided by this company. I should’ve stopped and not booked them when I was given the wrong number from the owner via email when I originally emailed him from Angie’s list. The general cleaning requires at least a 2hr minimum regardless if you’re booking another service with it. For the services received its overpriced and not good quality work. The carpet cleaning service should be not offered via this company at all. This was a home recently rented two weeks prior. The home was not filthy and didn’t have build up but simply needed some tlc in a few areas. The women were given 7 things to do and it consisted of cleaning two bathrooms, cleaning baseboards throughout, clean two fridges(an empty refrigerator) clean and organize kitchen, (glasses were on the counter that needed to be washed and put in the cabinet) sweep and mop kitchen and restroom, and vacuum. The home was 3/4 empty so there was no build up or obstacles in the way to delay or prevent a good service being done. Before beginning the ladies stated that the list provided above that detailed what needed to be done weren’t general cleaning. As a result the lady supervising the job said “I’ve never been told to organized a kitchen before but I wiped the countertops off, cleaned the microwave, and made sure it was swept and mopped” So I honestly can’t tell what these women did for two hours. The microwave was already clean because it hadn’t been used yet, the stove still has the spray on it that was sprayed prior so that wasn’t wiped down either, she was told by my fiancé that she’d already cleaned the fridge so she didn’t have to worry about that. The cabinets weren’t wiped down and the glasses and bowls left on the counter and dishes in the sink were in the exact spot I left them when I returned home. This house only had two couches in the living room and part of a bed in another room. The things requested could’ve been done in less than an hour but the only services I can honestly say they did was clean both restrooms and sweep and mop along with cleaning baseboards in living room. (In which was witnessed via my fiancé before she left them inside to continue cleaning) The baseboards in the living room were done and look good but the main problem that was the floor boards in the kitchen look very similar to the way it did before they arrived. The carpet cleaning service is a total waste. There was no pressure or heat applied to this cleaning. There was a high traffic spot in the living room and one of the bedrooms that could easily be cleaned if done properly. It looks like someone took a regular vacuum and simply went across the floor with it to create the lines. The carpet isn’t cleaned. The carpet was wet in the living room where cleaning was attempted but poorly done. The rest of the carpet throughout wasn’t even damp twenty minutes after the cleaning was done. He was at the home for 45 minutes. 30 minutes at the most was used to clean the carpet. I was told it would take 1 hr and 30 minutes. The carpet guy came in the last 45 minutes of the women being there and was done before their 2 hrs expired. I have security cameras at my home so that’s how I’m able to give exact times on services received. The ladies arrived at the home prior to 3 pm but they didn’t enter into my home until after 3 and talked for 15 minutes before started the work requested. When asking for an invoice for the service I received an estimate receipt. I requested the estimate receipt prior to the service being done but it was never emailed. The statement received after payment clearly states on it that it’s an estimate. I had to contact the owner several times before receiving an invoice after service was completed. He finally sent the invoice after 8pm. We tried to call him back immediately after sending the invoice (that still reflected an amount due) to talk about the services rendered but we were informed when he answered that he was now closed. I requested a return call at the earliest convenience during the next business day. Today 5/29 My fiancé received the phone call at 7am. The owner pretty much called her a liar and that they believed their workers actually did in fact work the entire 2 hours allotted for cleaning. However she was informed that what I requested was a deep cleaning service. She was also told today that I could’ve called and they would’ve refunded me the hour not used. At the beginning of the conversation he stated he’d send them out complimentary for 45 mins. I offered to let them view the surveillance cameras but they declined. During this call the owner conferenced in the two ladies (three way call) so they could explain the work they supposedly did for 2. hours. First call (15 mins) in which my fiancé was barely able to get a word in because the gentleman keeps speaking over you when trying to speak and the second call (18mins) is when he conferenced the ladies in. Ultimately this is a lesson learned. During this call the owners wife also spoke. So it was an ongoing argument pretty much the entire time between the 4 people that represented x-treme cleaning and my fiancé. I chose to keep quiet and just listen at the phone call. There was no professionalism at all. We never once asked for a refund but they suggested that it’s how they wanted to fix the matter because of the poor service. So there was a refund issued for the $150 paid for cleaning services. This is by far the worst experience ever in my history of hiring people for our home rental services. I was really juggling the fact that if I should post this review but the way they handled the situation and spoke to my fiancé this morning is totally unacceptable and I wouldn’t be providing insight to people that need quality and professional work done that come to this site seeking it. I’m guessing that they’ve been able to avoid all of the honest reviews by trying to fix it with a partial or full refund. Well the money was never an issue but the lack of professionalism, punctually, and quality of work was simply not present during this transaction. This is a very unprofessional company. If you’re looking to do regular business with them please look elsewhere. I am now regretting that I paid cash. I would’ve disputed the charge if I used a card so that they’d be forced to give the quality of work deserved for $300 instead of ripping people off for the time allotted.

Ronnie and his crew did a first rate job on the dirtiest wall-to-wall carpeting you have ever seen in your life. We are getting ready to put this house on the market and I debated replacing them, but decided to try cleaning first. Good decision! I’m so happy that I found Xtreme on Angie’s List. I’ve already talked to him about doing my own house, so I would definitely hire them again.

They called me right back after I left a message. I was on a tight schedule, they were able to come out to my house quick. They called when they were on their way, they arrived early, it didn't take long to get the job done. When they charged me it was actually cheaper than what I was quoted over the phone. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely be calling them again very soon.

The ladies were prompt & did a very thorough & professional job. When they left my home was the cleanest it’s ever been! I’ve signed up for regular service & would highly recommend.

Great! Ronnie and his crew always do a top-notch job. They use pleasant-smelling chemicals that remove the old dog urine smells and make the carpet look like new again. They respond quickly when I request an appointment, show up on schedule, are courteous and friendly, do the work as I request. I trust them in my home and know my carpet will look/smell nice when they leave.

Called and made appointment for an estimate. I left a business meeting to be home in advance of the appointment, but the owner failed to show up or call me to cancel. Moving on.

They were great. I was planning a reception for a family funeral and needed help quickly. They came and started work immediately and didn’t stop until they were finished. They were polite and professional. I will hire them again for sure.

They were a NO SHOW twice. Two of four appointments. The cleaning was excellent but it was very hard to get anyone to answer the phone or respond to voicemails. It seems to be someone’s cell phone. After I’d finally reach him and get something scheduled, he’d call or text trying to change the appointment time/day. I hated the poor service because the house was spotless the two times they did come. Very disappointing and frustrating.

They showed up on time and cleaned the carpet in the entire house. Carpet tech pretreated high traffic areas and explained every detail and was super professional! Carpet turned out great needless to say and I'd recommend these guys to any that wants it done correctly the first time.. Thanks xtreme clean...

They were not able to get nail polish out of the carpeting or magic marker out of the love seat but everything else looked great.

I had recently purchased new carpet. I have used them four times in the last couple of years. They have always given great service. They use chemicals in the process of cleaning the carpet. Whether the chemicals are eco-friendly or not, I don't know. Now that I have the new carpet, in order to keep the warranty up, I have to have a professional carpet cleaning done once a year, so I will be using them again. I had purchased the Big Deal for $99 for the carpet cleaning, but when they got there we discussed that we had pets, so we wanted additional additives added to make the carpet smell better. They came in and went to work. They did a great job. We had the initial discussion at the beginning, and I agreed to the price. He cleaned the carpets, and I paid them at the end. Everything was contained inside the carpet cleaning unit. He took it outside and actually poured the material in the drain on the street. He didn't pour it in the yard or anything.

Initially they come and do a deep cleaning, and then if they're gonna do it on a schedule, you either do it weekly or bi-weekly or whatever. I'm scheduled to use them every two weeks.

This was their initial time to come out. They were here like six hours. Before they start cleaning your house on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, they come one time and clean; roll the rugs up, move the furniture, and that kind of cleaning.

Their price really kinda depends on - if they come once a week, they charge me $140. If they come every two weeks, they charge me $170. They sent one person initially to complete the job, then they ended up with three. They were probably here about 3-1/2 hours, 4 hours.

Employee was friendly and did a great job in a timely manner.

Lusich did a great job! He was very friendly, punctual and thorough. Our carpets look great.

It went great. Lee was the service tech and he was very professional and did a great job.

Everything went well, they were prompt, courteous, & did great work.
