Communication with the company was difficult.

They exceeded my expectations!

Customer service good, the only reason I marked them kind of low is because I thought the price was a little high, and the results weren't going to be immediate. I'm waiting on changing the Quality score until after all the bugs are gone.

Quick, easy and professional, not much more to day!

The woman who scheduled the work was calling from a wireless phone with a very, very poor wireless connection and, from the back round noise, sounded like she was calling from a rowdy party or a raucous bar. Wanted accredit card number over the phone which, under the very unprofessional circumstances, I was very reluctant to give. thought the service was outrageously priced given the short time it took and how much of a mess I had to clean up afterwards. The tech, however, was courteous and informative.

Randell was very informative and polite.

It took a while to finally get some one to schedule the work. I had 2 appointments for some one come and take a look at my bee problem ,didn't show up either time. Finally talked to the right person to get it done. Juan was very polite and efficient.

First tech came without ladder, had to call again to get someone to bring ladder to remove wasp nests on top of roof. Techs were very courteous and professional

prompt and courteous service.

Call Center and service tech were great. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient...and so far, successful in treating our #1 problem of bees in the flower bed. Seeing lots of dead insects from foundation spraying also. Great job.

Explained what was necessary to remove yellow jackets and hornets from my crawl space. Both nests were eliminated quickly. Circled the house 3 times before he left.

WE HAD TROUBLE WITH YELLOW JACKET BEES GETTING INTI OUR HOUSE IN THE BEDROOM AND BATH AREA. THE SERVICE MAN KNEW RIGHT WHAT TOM DO AND WENT TO THE OUTSIDE CORNER, DRILLED A HOLE INTO THE DRYWALL THEN USED HIS SPECIAL SPRAYER AND PUT DUST INTO THE HOLE. E TAPED THE HOLE AND NO MORE BEES EVER CAME IN. HE CAME BACK 5 DAYS LATER TO CHECK AND STILL NO BEES. VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL . THE FOLLOWING WEEK TERMINEX SENT AN INSPECTOR OUT AT NO CHARGE JUST TO CHECK ON EVERYTHING. ALSO VERY POLITE & EFFECIENT. WE'RE VERY SATISFIED AND RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IN SYCAMORE,IL.

Though the process is not finished yet, it appears to be successful.
