Make it clear what you want before they start.

They are a tad disorganized. I keep getting email telling me my visit is scheduled. I had to sign up for a contract to get a better rate. I told the tech I would not need the contract. I keep getting emails so I wonder if my cancellation went through. It's frustrating, but their work is great.

Service provided was fine, however, trying to get a time scheduled to have someone out was a nightmare.

Customer service called me within 30 minutes of my request through Home Advisor. Technician came out following day, on time, knowledgeable and courteous. Couldn’t ask for better than that !

Quick response and they came on a Saturday morning , within 24 hrs of calling Thoroughly done the job .

Amazing results. Simply amazing. I never get customer service and results this outstanding.

the tec had co come twice but we also had extensive landscaping done which could have been part of the problem

Prompt and thorough!

Told it was $89.99. Paid with credit card before visit. Technician had my husband write him a check for $148. I wasn't home. Called the manager who never called me back. Put a stop payment on the check for $10. Someone finally called back over a week later. I cancelled my service. They said they threw away the check.

The technicians all arrived on time they were very professional and helpful They put termite traps around the perimeter of my house and they also treated for pests in the attic. I’m still not sure if the pests in the attic are gone but overall it was a good experience

They were to come before the closing of a house sale and they had to be tracked down in order to come out. Once they were there they were apologetic, they admitted some one accidentally cancelled the request. The closing of the house would have been delayed, but they came out the morning of and completed the inspection.

They did a fine job.

Responded quickly to my inquiry, answered all my questions, reasonably priced and set up appointment for the next day. Technician worked with me regarding my pets and provided a solution so that I did not have to vacate my pets for 3 hours. He arrived early and was efficient in dealing with my ant issue.

I expected better. The tenant did better by going to WalMart and buying fog for roaches
