Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well.

We were badly infested with ants, now their dwindling. Just have to kill them in the yard now

Terminix has very professional technicians. They are very polite and will do an excellent job. We had a wasp problem, called and they were there in a short amount of time to rid our entry way of wasps.

Great down to earth people that don't give you a feeling of insecurity because you have found a bug in your house. They are flexible with schedule because my kids were sick and we had to reschedule Chris said at our convenience to let him know when would be a good day again. I just wish there were better pricing or more specials ran.

They came to refill the bait boxes as soon as I called and came the time and day I was told the tech would arive

The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems.

The was a mix up with my appointment , I waited for 5 hours but no one showed up. I called after my timeline was up to find that although I was told the service tech would arrive at a certain time on a certain day no one was scheduled. After talking to the area supervisor everything was arranged. The next week the tech showed up and took care of the fleas.

Nice tecnicians but Terminex products are worthless and their guarantee to retreat is a waste of time. 3 retreats and NO Dead bugs.i even emptied all the shelves and storage. I am a clean fanatic. Had to look for and pay for other solutions. So sad since i used to recommend their service but they changed their product.

Very Pleased!!! I was able to get immediate service and schedule future services. I look forward to working with TERMINIX.
