We are trying to get rid of mice in our house, and the work is still in process, but Terminix's customer service has been very good.

Terminix does not respond to complaints at all. Terminix ignores customers.

If I could leave no stars I would. I was originally told I had squirrels in my attic only to find that they were mice. I still have the mice, along with the droppings which still have not been removed and we are now going on 5 months. Based on some of the reviews that I see, I guess the East Coast is not a top priority for Terminix.

I was desperate. Had over 30 mosquito bites in less than 72 hours. I spoke with Pam At the 24/7 Call Center. She was understanding, And did everything over and beyond to assure I would have someone out here the very next day to spray the property for mosquitoes. I don't know what would have happened had I not got Pam on that call. She was a true blessing. Isaac came out the very next day and sprayed everything. Thank you Terminix! Pam and Isaac are my heros!

We were well satified with the work

The gentleman that came out to help me with my wasp problem was such a joy to deal with. He was so understanding to my fear of bugs. He went out of his way to help me and I am thrilled that the wasps are gone. He even helped put a screen up on my vent to keep them from coming back.

The exterminator was a little abrupt with my neighbor , but my neighbor was also being unreasonable about the parking in reserved spot at the condo. Otherwise the exterminator was fine.
