The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing! Call center schedules appointments without knowing whether or not the field exterminators can be there in a given time frame. The district manager reschedules appointments and the field exterminator arrives at a totally different time than customer was informed.

Cancelled my service before 30 days because I m not satisfied and now I have to wait to have the people who came and do the service to see if I will get my money back come back m like really

I appreciate that the treatments from Terminix are people and pet friendly, and I like that I can call them between quarterly treatments for free.

They did not do what I requested because the inspector new best had bed bugs asked for heat treatment inspector said was not necessary had them for 3 months then said I was done right away after they stopped coming called for more treatment we still had bed bugs first people you talk to when you call kept telling me nothing available they would have management contact me I had to wait for nothing so call again same exact same conversation that management would get back to me nothing the same 1 More Time threatened to stop payments management called could not do anything my service was over warranty lasted while they were treating not after so nothing they could do got a hold of corporate same nonshalont attitude they were not going to do anything everywhere in there adds it says money back guarantee so now I am fighting for my money back, they act like oh well not are problem you still have bugs another company came over said only way to get rid of these is heat treatment there everywhere so terminex was nothing but a waist of time and money and money better be returned to me so I can get the correct treatment and get rid of these pests.
