Their workers do not do all types of exterminations. The person who came out only did outside work. I wanted to check for termite damage but was told that there was someone else who checked for termites. I wanted the attic sprayed for spiders, but that called for someone different as well. He did place a few traps for mice inside the pantry which is inside the house.

They have a problem with communication they want to do everything with Gmail and email and I asked him to call me I gave them two numbers they didnt call the second and then it took another week to get them here I know one of them waited out in the parking lot Bastille yet they would have called and you reconfirm it would have been through a lot quicker

Corky is very knowledgeable. She arrived on time and was thorough going around the house, and paying special attention to areas where pest were detected.

I was very pleased with the way my initial call was handled and the explanation of what Terminix would do and the charges. The man who came out and did the work was great and took the time to explain everything he did and also explained about the chemicals being used. He answered any questions we had and took his time making sure that we were satisfied with things before he left.

I received a call from terminix after completing the survey on HomeAdvisor. A verbal agreement was made on the phone. When the technician arrived, his Supervisor/Manager would not honor the agreement. Doubled the price from what was agreed upon on my initial conversation with a Terminix Representative. Highly disappointed. Technician did nothing to try to reconcile the issue.

They were friendly and answered all of our questions. They called to tell me when they would arrive. They were very professional.

I hired them to treat my garage for brown recluse spiders and they said the could take care of it. When the technician began spraying inside my house I asked him if the chemical would also kill brown recluse spiders. He said no the best thing to do is to get my attic insulation replaced with chemically treated insulation .

They were fine .

Came on time, evaluated the situation and explained everything that they were doing. Very courteous and did a great job.....haven't seen any ants or other insects since.

I prepared my home as instructed by salesman and info given to me, and a lot of it was unnecessary as they did not even go into some areas or treat the dressers and end tables as I was told they would. Either I didn't understand what was going to happen or it was conveyed to me in terms I did not understand.
