They didn't show up for the first appointment. I had to call to reschedule and they didn't offer any discount or anything. They did show up for the rescheduled appointment and seemed to do a good job.

Appointments were true to time. Professionals. Quick. Knowledgeable.

Great service, quick and efficient. I got the documents needed for my refinance. They were a bit expensive.

I hired Terminix because I have bugs coming from the outside going inside the house, signed a contract and was given a 30 day money back guarantee, Steven came in the house to spray, I stopped the tech and asked him what he was spraying for and he said he did not now because I do not know, I was given paper work and it does not clarify what that were doing to resolve the issue

Terminex never made it to my house. The 1st attempt: After the technician was over an hour late, I called Terminex. they told me the tech would be there shortly. After another 40 minutes, and still ko tech, I called again. This time I was told that the tech was running late and would call me and arrive within 30 minutes. After another hour, I did not recieve a call nor did the tech show up. I called again, this time I was told they could not reach the tech and that I would need to reschedule. Rescheduling: They tried to push my appointent out 2 weeks. Even though they were unable to make the scheduled time. I was able to have them schedule for 1 week later instead of 2 (so I thought). The 2nd Attempt: After the technician was 30 minutes late I called Terminex. They told me that I did not have an appointment scheduled. I told them that when I called to reschedule, I was told the new date and time so I could put it on my schedule. The rep on the phone told me that a request for an appointment was in the system, but was never actually scheduled. This made my decision to cancel my account with Terminex a very easy decision. I would not recommend Terminex to anyone that I know. Horrible business system if this is how new customers are treated.

When purchased was told day & time slots they would be able to come out but later they moved appointment out a few days & showed up late that day. Once onsite though they did an excellent job.

When hiring an inspector make sure they use a listening device when checking walls and ceiling. I didn't and the cellophane noise I'd been hearing for weeks (that was surprisingly silent that day) is back with a vengeance this morning.

They need to contact the customer with a time window that they are coming.

They were very prompt in responding, clearly understood the problems present, and immediately addressed the bug problem. A separate issue regarding the need for encapsulation in the crawl space has also been addressed, all within the space of a week.
