Not worth wasting my time to review any further!!!

Was able to schedule the job over the weekend and have it taken care of on Monday. Workers were professional and courteous. Job of sprayer yellow jacket nest was cheaper than I would have guessed. They also sprayed around the perimeter of my home for no extra cost.

GET LONG TERM CONTRACT IN WRITING!

Did the pest inspection and was very professional. Provided all the paperwork and explained what was what. This was very last minute and though I was not notified they were coming, they showed up when I needed them.

The technician Jim Lockerd was outstanding - very knowledgeable and eager to explain his process.

This company set up a treatment date and time within 24 hours of me calling them. The tech that worked on my house was very clear about what was going on and what the cost would be.

Called them expected great results...I mean who hasn't heard of Terminex? They did a great job cleaning out the underside of my Mom's house within the crawlspace. That was inspected and approved. They were supposed to come by the next day and sweep for termites which they did not do. When I called to say that no one showed up they rescheduled for another day. They did not make that appt. When I called to find out what was going on he said that the guy that was supposed to come out quit the morning he was supposed to come out. He did not give an explanation as to why no call was made for the no-show. We rescheduled. Service tech came out w a can of bug spray, sprayed a few corners and said he was done. All this work was being done for my 88 yr old Mother. When he gave her the bill she gave him a check. Not only did they charge her for the work under the house they also charged her an additional $550 and an additional $700 for work they did not do. It took 3 calls to have someone call me back. He said he would have to look into it and call me back. I've called for an update and they said they would call back when they had a chance to review his records and see about a refund. I'm still waiting for that call. Do not use this company!! Would not recommend this company to anyone. They have a .5 rating b/c I cannot leave a zero rating which would have been more appropriate. If you want a reputable company try Pestmasters they are also on the list and awesome.
