My technician was Scott, he was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner.

Seems expensive but we went with them anyway. The jury is still out on if the treatments are successful.

Relatively new to this service but so far we are pleased. Wasps gone. Ants gone. termite prevention in place. Knowledgeable service technicians and professional, sincere customer service.

Came out took my money and never came back and poor communication poor follow up.

My customer service problem relates to the fact that, despite my requests for having an invoice, I have not received anything but they charged my credit card for their services.

Don't like the mouse traps they use, but I want to get rid of my mice.

The inspector came by 2 days after I contacted Terminix and thoroughly checked everywhere, and explained the costs and what would be done, then made out the contract. The service technician arrived next day and put down the treatments. Everyone friendly and knowledgeable.
