The guy who inspected my house was not very informational. The exterminator, himself was absolutely amazing! Very patient, friendly, and informational.

They were not fast in responding and did not respond to a question I had about the report.

Didn t observe social distancing, messed up exterior of my house and didn t solve the problem - animals still there. They are coming back today to try again.

In-home rep. Monte: A+ all the way. But the service/techs did a very poor job. They were very professional in their appearance and demeanor, but the workmanship was very poor and incomplete. Monte, however, responded in great fashion. Prompt and completed the work personally. In the end, got my value but should not have had to bring back for re-do.

Called about a severe problem with bee's nest in walls of house. Came same day and sprayed. Not eradicated, so came again. Problem solved. Very responsive, during COVID-19 lockdown.

I would definitely use their service again.

Please consider other avenues for your project before hiring Terminix. Chances are, you could save hundreds or thousands, they are not here to make anything easy. They are here to get your money.

Overall, very responsive, quick turn around for estimate and work done. I have no basis to judge their work quality or value for $, thus the rating for each. My only complaint was that I had to ask for a receipt and statement of work completed after 2 days of not receiving such even though I got a Terminix email and survey immediately.

Totally professional, wore mask and gloves and offered me gloves to sign the Ipad receipt.

Wonderful and profesional people. They made sure that everything was done right.

I used them for mice that came when two neighbors did work in their back yards of dilapidated garages and the traps they set only caught one mouse. I went out and got traps from the store and began seeing results. Their traps remained empty.

The installer improved on the recommendation from the estimator and did not charge extra, great job overall by the company

They came out to do an estimate to remove a squirrel from my fireplace. Saw that they could do right then and there, and removed the squirrel.

They were fast, clean, responded quickly and did a great job!

Inspector was prompt, service team was prompt, work done quickly and professionally.

The first job was done quickly and we are still doing the spraying next week.
