They responded to my RFQ for a termite problem within minutes and sent an estimator over at 5PM the same day. the work was done at 6:30PM the same day as the contact was made. Outstanding customer service.

They forgot me. The technician finally arrived at almost 7 and she missed a few things. She was VERY nice - but I am sure also very tired by that time. I do not blame her - but whoever did the scheduling. Everyone is nice - but the service - so far - is not worth the money.

We paid for the maximum termite remediation package and feel that even though it is expensive, the 10 year coverage and peace of mind for any future damage to be covered is well worth it! My only complaint is the 24 hours that it takes for the corporate office to see new accounts, so when I called the morning after signing up they couldn't help me.
