Very positive experience with Terminix. Service was prompt, professional and on the mark. Customer service was pleasant to deal with. I think I will keep them for a few years!

They came according to the appointment. The associate was professional and attentive to our stated problems. A thorough examination was completed by the associate as well.

Very professional....courteous, thorough, on-time and explained the entire process in layman's terms. Addressed not only the carpenter ant issue but laid out a couple of traps for mice that come into the garage each winter. Haven't seen an ant in days and they just sprayed about a week ago!!

They come in access your situation and cater your treatment to your problems. They are courteous and friendly, thorough in their service and follow up afterwards to make sure that your needs have been taken care of.

Salesman was a little pushy but other than that they came out right away

I had a roach problem, did not know where they were coming from, had tried Contact traps, sprays, boric acid but they would still pop up. The person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and worked with me to get a tech to my home as soon as possible.The person who came to do the exterminating was not too knowledgeable, he should have known where to spray, for instance behind toilets, around doors. I had to instruct him to spray in cabinets, under the sink, around the doorways and baseboards. He only put glue on the edge of a few doors because I asked him to otherwise would not have done so. He seemed to be doing work in a rush. I was not happy with the experience.

They came out the next day! We went the the basic package, and now even they have a package deal with Sam’s club. So don’t forget to call it in for your gift card if eligible! They were super thorough and the people on the phone were super patient.

The carpenter bees are still present and active. The tech said that it would take a little time until the treatment took effect. I am not sure just how long I need to wait until I contact them again. Otherwise they were quite good,

The technicians were great. They have come out and taken care of all my pest concerns and answered all the questions I had.

My technician was very professional and very nice! Took care of the first issue very quickly and it's good to know that if I have any problems from now, until the next scheduled service, I can call Terminix and it's free!
