They have been out twice at the .org charge but still getting millipedes. At a less rate. I give it a week or so before I call them back if the problem has not been solved. At some point I may have to fine another company to get this done.

Though the cost was what I consider a little pricey, they were both thorough and honest in the extermination services they provided for me. I appreciate that and would recommend giving them a call, particularly for bedbugs!

Nobody ever called. In my view when a business gets a referral and can?t make the effort to pick up the phone and follow up that tells any potential customer all they need to know about that business.

My experience overall went well. First, the customer service rep that I spoke to over the phone was detailed and helpful. Today a service tech came out. The gentlemen was very polite and asked questions about what was the concern as far as insects in and out the house. He was quick and did all that was expected. I only put a 4.5 instead of a 5 for the service only because I cannot honestly say what was done since I do not completely understand the process of spraying and such, also for the fact that I do not know if it has worked yet for a while. But the interactions so far have been very good. Not to mention, the pricing is worth it and I don't feel like I am getting taken for my money.
