TERRIBLE experience. We discovered a bald-face hornets nest in a tree next to our parking spot after being away on vacation. This was a large nest with a lot of activity. The next was approximately 8 feet off the ground and 5 feet from the rear car door where our toddler sits. We have a family member with a life threatening sting allergy, and two small kids with unknown allergy status. This was communicated to Terminix at every step of the process. We signed with Terminix on a Friday after they assured us they could come out the next day to remove the nest (we decided against a local company with excellent ratings because they were not able to come out until Monday). The tech who came on Saturday did NOT remove the nest but sprayed and told us to stay away from the nest, and the spray treatment should kill the hornets within 24 hours. When there was still activity on Sunday, we reached out to Terminix, who told us to wait longer - until Wednesday for the treatment to take effect. Hornet activity continued to increase, and after repeated emails to Terminix, someone came back out on Wednesday for the second treatment (now 5 days after the initial call, and 4 days after the first visit). That tech **knocked down half of the nest exposing half a nest of angry hornets** I do not know if any chemicals were sprayed, but the nest was still in the tree, and the hornets were still extremely active and with an exposed and damaged nest. I emailed multiple times and set video clips to the Terminix rep on Friday (one week after the initial call, 6 days after the initial treatment) showing increased activity. I again informed him of the LIFE THREATENING STING ALLERGY and the proximity of young children to this nest. Terminix FAILED TO REMOVE THE NEST all weekend. Terminix did not send someone back out to our home to remove the nest until the **following Monday** - now 11 days after the call and 10 days after the first treatment. That tech removed the nest in approximately 5 minutes and left. This service was not only poor quality with terrible customer service, Terminix repeatedly disregarded very real danger to members of my family in FAILING TO REMOVE THE NEST.

the insect problem we had before we hired them is worse than ever... when we spoke to them about the insects still being present they first said it takes at least 2 weeks before we would see them less, but that continued as we continued to call them for another visit that didnt change anything...the 3rd appointment that was promised , no one came and when we called we were told we werent on their schedule very disappointed with this non service service

I paid a lot of money for this service and still have the same problem.

They were good.

They are prompt to call you, knowledgeable about our bee problem. Even came back the next day to ensure the bees were gone.

I told the dispatcher that there was a bee swarm under my roof and the bees were getting into the attic. The professional arrived on time but completely unprepared - no ladder, no idea what to do about the bees. I missed a day of work (which costs me money btw) and the swarm is still here. Contacting other companies now.

it took some time to get te work done, but when the service man got here the job was done well.

Ok for general bug spraying, a disaster for anything else. Improper service has resulted in expensive repairs without refunds.

Although they do good work, they insisted on being paid up front at the initial inspection. They are not local - as they originally claimed to be, and after the work was done they drafted their fee AGAIN using my bank information from my previous check - which they also cashed, by the way. So I was charged twice, and they were unapologetic about it. They gave me such a hassle trying to get my refund - which should have been a very simple process. Not cool!

They came and got rid of the wasp nest.

They came out tw.o days after the initial call and we haven't seen an ant since. Awesome
