I personally think that I can basically do what they are doing myself. When I call the company they are always on time, but if I need them to come that day they can never come. I always have to wait for instance two weeks. I know that is the way the schedule works though. So basically, I am pleased with the service.

Terminix was and has always been very reliable in and outside of our home. They always seemed to find things to do on their quarterly checks. All of their pesticides were animal friendly. They did a great job for us.

They just simply come out once a year to check the perimeter of my home and they inform us of what they find or what didn t find. Usually, they don t have anything to report which is a great sign. The inspections are really good and I liked being informed about the condition of our home's foundation.

I only call on Terminix if I really see the need to. They do offer contracts, but, I do not have one with them. There are only certain times of the year that I tend to see these bugs, sometimes are worse than others. When things get real bad, they will contact them and I never seem to have any trouble getting them to come out and spray. I usually get an appointment within the next few days after my call, if not that same day. I have no problems with the company and plan to keep calling them when needed.

I felt this company did not do that great of a job. I thought they were unprofessional in their work and they were not very prompt. They just did not do their work appropriately. I also thought they were too expensive in their inspections for the amount of work they did because they just didn t do a lot.

Terminix calls once a year to set up and appointment with me. For the first 3 years they had to both inspect and spray my home, but the last two years all they had to do was inspect. Their employees come out and use the same holes from year to year which we have plugs in. They explain clearly what they find and do a good clean up job when they are done. I cannot speak for price, as I did not compare prices to other pest control companies.

We only used Terminix once, but they did a good job. We haven't seen any bugs around since, and believe they did a very thorough job. We don't have a contract with them, but will probably hire them from time to time.

The man that came out was really nice and was on time, but I don't feel that he did a thorough job during his inspection. I think he could have spent a little more time inspecting the areas and explaining what he had done.

We have been using Terminix for about three years. We have not had any termites since we have been using them. The man who comes is very nice and he schedules his visit on Saturday so that we don't have to miss any work.

I do not see anything wrong about Terminix at all. They do their job rather well, and I think that they serve the purpose. I rarely see termites anymore and if I do, they come out right away and spray again at no extra charge. I like the pricing arrangements that we have. I can pay them each time they come out, besides the times in between. I think it is a good plan for me at least.

Terminix is really known in our family for taking care of termites, so I decided to try them for bugs in general since we already had a contract with them for termites. We noticed that their services for bugs were just as good as the other companies that we had used prior to them.

Terminix obviously uses very good termite control because we haven't had any problems with any termites. They were very thorough and they also check once a year to make sure there are no termites.

This was a yearly contract and although it seemed like when they arrived as scheduled, they didn t stay very long at all. I must say that I have no real complaints because I haven't seen any bugs, so I am pleased with that.

Terminix does a great job. The results are excellent. They are a professional and reliable company. The worker is always polite. He is on time for scheduled appointment. I plan to continue to use their services.

I have had great service with them. They were very prompt with their work and just did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone in the area. They were very professional at what they did and seemed to know a lot about pest control.
