Terminix - Memphis -Termite & Pest Control

I have had wonderful service with Terminix. They did a great job at doing check-ups. They ran their business efficiently. We have had no problems in the past with them. They do a good job of keeping up their level of satisfaction towards us.

They always do a good job and are very thorough in their work. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend this company to anyone. I think that they are friendly and always on time. I have not had any problems with pests in years!

We haven t had any problems with termites, since they treated for them. The technician was professional, and did a good job. He was on time and we were very pleased with the job he did. The company has been around for along time, and they re a reputable company.

The first year they dug little holes all around the outside of the home that they fill with the pesticides. They are to use between 40-60 gallons a year. They also inspected the whole inside of the home. We never got any termites. On their last visit, the guy never came inside. He did a real quick walk around the yard. He said we had no problem. He never refilled those little holes with pesticides. I was charged $200 for this. The bad part is I have termites in our bathroom closet that they missed. I wanted them to prevent this.

Terminix does a great job. We get good results from their service. We have a service contract for them to come here two times a year for $128. I plan to continue using their services in the future. We are very pleased with everything about their services.

Terminix provided excellent service for us and we were really happy with the results when they came out. They were quick and prompt with their spraying. They did a great job of getting rid of our pests. They also weren t any odor or any danger of residue. We had pets so that was an issue.

I am fairly happy with Terminix as they do come every 4 months and do an inspection of my home, and if necessary, do a treatment for pests. The Terminix employees are always very polite, although they are not very neat. When they leave I have quite a bit of cleaning to do from debris they have left. I also wish that Terminix were timelier about returning my phone calls. I did not check prices with other companies as I purchased the contract from the gentleman Terminix sent out.

They were just out here to change the bait in the traps that they installed around the outside of my home. They come out on a monthly basis and I have been satisfied with their service. They're a good reputable exterminator and that is why I will continue to use them. I don t want to comment on the price.

I have no complaints with Terminix. They seem to do a good job at keeping the spiders and water roaches under control. I also feel that their prices are rather fair. I pay them on a bi-monthly basis, which is not bad at all. I am pleased with the company and see no further need to look anywhere else.

We've used Terminix for fifteen years. They send us a post card letting us know when they're due for a visit, and come once a year. They do an excellent job and we're not aware of any major bug problems during the year.

I didn t think they were using enough chemicals to get rid of the bugs. We mentioned it to them in the past, but we were still finding spiders. They came out about 6 times a year and we were not satisfied with them.

Terminix calls me every four months to set an appointment for an inspection and treatment if necessary. I have not had any termite problems since they have started treatments for the termites. Their employees are always very polite and neat. I have no cleaning to do after they are done with their work. I did not check prices of other companies.

I have been using them for a couple years now to check around the house for termites. I think they charge too much for just checking. But we do need the service, so might as well pay it to a company that does a good job.

Each month they come to check for sub terrain termites. They are always on time, and I feel their work is very professional. The man they sent out for the inspections is always very courteous and does a great job.

Terminix was and has always been very reliable in and outside of our home. They always seemed to find things to do on their quarterly checks. All of their pesticides were animal friendly. They did a great job for us.

Terminix obviously uses very good termite control because we haven't had any problems with any termites. They were very thorough and they also check once a year to make sure there are no termites.

They have done okay. They got the job done and were respectful inside of my home. They didn t track any dirt all over and I felt comfortable with them in my home. I have no complaints about them at all. They thoroughly updated me on their inspections.

I personally think that I can basically do what they are doing myself. When I call the company they are always on time, but if I need them to come that day they can never come. I always have to wait for instance two weeks. I know that is the way the schedule works though. So basically, I am pleased with the service.

I have had excellent service with Terminix. They do a nice job of explaining their work thoroughly and they also take their job seriously. They do supreme work and we have had no problems with pest. They came right away when I called them to use their service.

Terminix calls once a year to set up and appointment with me. For the first 3 years they had to both inspect and spray my home, but the last two years all they had to do was inspect. Their employees come out and use the same holes from year to year which we have plugs in. They explain clearly what they find and do a good clean up job when they are done. I cannot speak for price, as I did not compare prices to other pest control companies.

This was a yearly contract and although it seemed like when they arrived as scheduled, they didn t stay very long at all. I must say that I have no real complaints because I haven't seen any bugs, so I am pleased with that.

They have always come out after giving their courtesy call although they did a thorough job of inspecting around the perimeter of the home. They would also check the interior base of the home at your request. The chemicals that they used were pet and people friendly.
