Description of Work: Pop a Lock came and when the key to my front storm door was stuck and we couldn't unlock the door. They came, looked to see if they needed to replace the lock. Instead, the technician was able to remove the key, unlock the lock and fix the issue. He didn't need to replace the lock and saved me quite a bit of money.

Description of Work: Not well. Ad said $19.00. When they got there said it would be $158.00. When I said that was too much and I was going to have to get someone else he asked me what I wanted to pay. I told him the last time I had someone come out it was $45 or $50. He said it would be at least $100.00. When I told him I was going to call someone else he said he was going to turn me over to a collection agency
