They are excellent. They are reasonably priced. They call before and let me know that they are here. If they don't reach me, they knock on the door to let me know they are here. They are prompt. They come once a month like they are supposed to. They have treatments they do every six months. They are always prompt and courteous. It is a monthly fee that I spend with them.

They are reliable. They call me up on anything they find out of the ordinary. The technician seems knowledgeable and pleasant. Their prices are competitive.

The sales guy was the nicest person we dealt with. The initial termite and pest people were very professional and we felt that the price was reasonable. So far, the termite service seems to be working without problems. I have no complaints about it. Their pest service was a different matter. We keep the gate to the back yard locked, so I tried to work with Cook's to get them to let me know what day of the week they were coming so that I could leave the gate unlocked for them. No matter how hard I tried, I could never get an answer. Then, the person would get to my house and call me while I was at work wanting to know if the gate could be unlocked. The service then proceeded to deteriorate even more over the next several months. There were spiders everywhere on the outside of my house. I understand that I live around a lot of trees and that there will be spiders, but when I come home after the pest person has presumably been there and there are spiderwebs full of baby spiders around my front door (not even behind the locked gate), they aren't doing what I am paying them to do. For $35/month I can go buy some spray and a brush to knock down the spiderwebs myself.

Cooks Pest Control has been very responsive to all of my phone calls and questions. They set the appointment and have never been late for an appointment. Their workers are very polite to me. They explain, during the inspection, what pests they have found and what chemicals they will use for a treatment. The only problem I have with Cooks Pest Control is I wish when they were finished treating, they would be better at cleaning up their work area.

The technician does a real fine job and he is professional and friendly. He s very courteous and kind. We had a problem with ants, so the supervisor came out and tried this new product, and it worked. I would highly recommend them.

They sure got rid of the bugs for me, and I haven t had any problems since they started spraying. They were polite, professional, and did an excellent job. They seem to be pretty careful with the chemicals they used, and they ll tell me if I need to leave the house.

Cooks did a very thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of my home. They did a one time treatment for roaches, ants, and termites. I did not compare prices as a neighbor referred me to them. They were very explanatory as to what they were looking for and what they found. They also explained to me what indications these pests leave behind. When they finished the treatment they left things very clean and neat.

These special designed traps are supposed to be state of the art in Pest Control. Even though I have nothing to complain about, I didn't see any difference in these than I did in the original traps we were using. However we were still bug free so it was a win-win situation no matter what method you may use.

When Cooks calls and sets the appointment they will also call on the appointment day if the employee is to be late. They explain well what they have found and what chemicals they use. They are always very particular to use pet friendly chemicals. Their prices are very competitive with other pest control companies. They are always very polite and make sure to clean up after themselves when they are finished.

They were very courteous and just wonderful people to deal with. They explained themselves thoroughly and if I had any problems they came out at no charge when I asked them to. I have had excellent service with this company.

Cook's Pest Control does a good job of protecting our home from pests. They are here about once every three months. I feel that they are a trustworthy and reliable company. I have been pleased with the service. I would recommend them to others.
