Description of Work: I had Joe install some motion detector lights at the rear of my house. He was prompt, reasonable, and knowledgeable. I have used him in the past and will definitely use him again in the future.

+ -1 moreCame out on time and give a very reasonable estimate. Called back a few days later and scheduled the job for the next week. Started work on Monday morning on time and finished the job on Thursday, there where some delays due to weather. Joe and his helper where very professional, worked hard and fast.
Description of Work: Joe removed my old fuse box and replaced it with a 200 amp breaker box. Removed the old knob and tube wiring from the attic and rewired all the lights and switches. Also replaced 5 light fixtures. Rewired 3 old two prong outlets with new ground three prong outlets.

+ -1 moreJoe is amazing as far as how fast he works and how knowledgeable he is. I assume his rates are average for this area. He was recommended by a builder. Joe has an assistant, but he really doesn't need one. He's just very busy, so he can never come quickly. Whatever your electrical problems are, he can solve them, I am sure of it. He accommodated all our special requests, including locating a heat lamp, and let me know which of my ideas would not be good ones. He is familiar with all the counties' utility companies and knows which ones are easier to work with. I feel he stands out as a professional here in east TN. I've never seen a southerner work this quickly/efficiently.
Description of Work: New breaker box installed. 5 ceiling fans installed, 2 old ones removed. New electrical outlet installed. Heat lamp installed in bathroom ceiling.
