I called Mark Cutler after finding water dripping from my 1st floor ceiling. Mr. Cutler promptly responded. He quickly found the leak between the 1st level ceiling and 2nd level floor even though the leak was a couple of feet away from where the water was dripping down. He repaired the leak quickly and efficiently. I was happily surprised with his low fee (I have previously paid other plumbers more for less work). Throughout the process, Mr. Cutler provided me with good information and tips on plumbing in my house and other home maintenance topics. I was very happy with his work and his price.

He answered promptly, accessed the situation, gave me a quote got supplies, did the work, cleaned up and returned to turn on the water and double deck. After seals had dried.

Mr. Cutler was prompt arriving approximately 45 minutes after i called him after checking Angie's List. I called three plumbers and he was the only plumber that answered the phone. He arrived in a clean marked company vehicle. He wore a Cutler plumbing uniform with his name on his shirt. He was efficient and did a nice job replacing the pump that I provided. He picked up and left the area like he found it. I paid with a credit card and was satisfied with the work and price. He even sent us a thank you card with a coupon for a discount with a referral. I felt Mark Cutler operated as an old school professional plumber. We will recommend and use him again.

We moved into our house a little over a year ago and needed the services of a plumber to take care of some aggravating problems, two that had the potential to become big issues. The water heater was over 18 years and sitting on the garage floor, there was a leak from a hose bib on the front of the house, the shower head in the master bath had an inadequate flow, and a sink in the master bath drained very, very slowly. I called Mark on June 27 and arranged for him to come the next day. He arrived on time and within in minutes had cleared the sink drain of a very big wad of hair! He next established that a different shower head would be more satisfactory. He agreed that a new water heater would be prudent and that it needed to be on a stand for safety reasons. He obtained a very good water heater and installed it on a stand, along with a new gas valve and gas hose, new vent pipes and some new copper water pipes. He obtained a new shower head and replaced that too. He checked the water pressure on the house and determined that it is where it should be. At that point, he received an emergency call and we had a landscape contractor due to work that needed water, so Mark and I agreed that he would return either July 1 or July 2 to complete the fourth task. Mark called me on July 1 to see if I was available for him to come over, but I had to go to work so we agreed on July 2 for him to replace the leaky hose bib. Again, he arrived in a timely manner and completed the job as promised. We were hoping to keep the cost under $2,000 and the final bill was well under that. I am extremely pleased with the work that Mark Cutler did for us and would call him again.

I called regarding a plugged kitchen drain and Mark Cutler was able to come the next morning. He was prompt, able to fix the problem and even noticed and fixed the leaky faucet too. Good, knowledgeable service!

Went very well. Was very punctual, professional and did a good job. New faucet is working great and doesn't leak like the old one did. Our water portion of the utility bill is much lower now. Thanks again! Also did a pressure check and suggested we put in a pressure relief valve in the near future.

Mr. Cutler arrived a little bit late because of a mix-up on our address. Once here, all work was performed efficiently and professionally, and to our satisfaction.

Showed up in the morning at 8.00 a.m. dug the trench with a trencher and replaced old line with new PEX pipe and made all the necessary connections. Did a great job.

I checked out Angie's list and found Cutler Plumbing. The next day, I called Mark at 7:30 a.m. and he answered the phone. I explained what our problems were and that we had to turn off the water for the whole house. He said he would come over that morning after he finished some business. About one hour later, Mark called and said he was 10 minutes away. Luckily, my husband was able to explain our problems. Mark was here for about 3 1/2 hours replacing all the defective parts that caused our leaks. He did all the work necessary so that future problems would not happen. Mark is well-spoken, prompt and tidy. We were well pleased with his work and would hire him again.

Mr. Cutler returned my call within a few hours after I left a message that I had found a slow leak in the crawlspace under my house. He replaced sections of the incoming water line. I also asked him to replace the shut-off valve under the house (which didn't work well). He replaced and bonded the pvc sections and installed the new shut-off valve. After allowing time for the bonding to set, he returned in a few hours and turned the main valve at the road back on to check for leaks. Mr. Cutler has done minor plumbing repair work for me previously and I will definately call him again the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Mark was on time, professional, and solution oriented! I will use his services again!

Contacted Mark, found him on Angies List, and he stated may get to me that afternoon or first thing the next morning. Said he would call before coming. Called first thing next morning, showed up as stated and spend 1.5 hrs fixing the issues. Did excellent job. the faucet in the kitchen now works much better (freer) than it ever has before.

Was available same day (our luck). We initialy though old could be repaired- but motor was shot. Mr Cutler went to get one for us. GREAT PRICE and GREAT product. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!

Called this plumber from his rating on Angie's List. My daughter's house had some shoddy do it yourself work. He comes out looks at the job and says that is too much work for me to deal with and leaves. I found that very unprofessional and lazy especially in today's economy. I gave the job to Broadway Plumbing who came out and did an excellent job with no complaints. I cannot ever recommend anyone to use this guy.

I contacted him the last week of September and explained the problem. It was not an emergency (as we have other bathrooms) so he said he put on his scheduled jobs. He called the following week on October 2 and told us he would be at our house on Thursday at 10:00 AM. He arrived on time completed the repair which took about an hour and one half. While he was there he also advised me on a couple of other plumbing issues. We are very pleased with his work and demeanor.

Everything was within an hour and very efficient. He was very courteous and fast, and didn't make a mess. He was excellent. Even the price was great. I also asked him a question about my water heater, and he gave me some options on what would be the best thing for us to do.

I'm in the process of selling my paren'ts house. The home inspector found that the water heater was rusted at the bottom and leaking badly. I was trying to put off replacing the unit until I had a few days off of work but the situation got worse. I purchased the water heater on Wednesday. I came home and looked on Angie's list for a plumber. I found Cutler Plumbing on here and found that it was close by. I called Mr. Cutler on Wed. evening at 4:45p.m. and told him what I needed done. He asked what my schedule was like the following day. I told him that I had a dentist appt. at 9a.m. and would be free after 10a.m. I gave him my number and he told me to give him a call after my appt.. My appt. took a little longer than expected so when I looked at my phone, Mr. Cutler had left a message that he was in Townsend (where the house is located) and to call him. I called him and he met me at the house. He had already checked the water and gas pressure by the time I arrived. He was very courteous and professional and went right to work. I was very impressed with how thorough he was and meticulous he was in the work. His price was also lower than any others that I had been given. I even talked to one plumber who asked if I had copper pipe. When I told him yes, he told me that he would replace the copper with something else (which was a cheaper and flimsier material. When I told Mr. Cutler about it, we both agreed that he wanted my copper to sell. I can't say enough great things about my experience with Mr. Cutler. I will definately use him for all of my future plumbing needs.

Mark showed up a couple of hours after I first called (when promised) and was very professional & courteous. It's only been a few days but so far no problems, and I don"t expect any. Would definitely call on him again.

He was recommended to me by people I go to church with. His price is reasonable; it was better than a couple of the other plumbers I had called. He shows up when he is supposed to be here and he is available when I need him. He does a good job and the job comes with a warranty. He is very conscientious. He is very meticulous and thorough with his work. I have recommended him to several people. I would use him again in the future.

Mark (the owner) returned my call promptly, set the appt for the next day and arrived at 8am as planned. Very thorough, efficient. Located the leaky part of the dishwasher line and suggested a lower cost option as the dishwasher was older and suggested the upgrade to copper pipe next year when we renovate the kitchen and upgrade the dishwasher. Then he moved on to checking the pressure coming into the house, it was too high as we thought. He replaced the pressure regulator with a new unit. Job was completed by 9:30 and he was on his way. Left no mess, very polite and professional. Will use again if needed. We even used the Angie's List coupon and got a 17.00 discount...thanks!
