I had a new kitchen sink and faucet with disposal installed. On time and professional. Even disposed of my old kitchen sink, etc. And didn't leave a mess, which was nice!

My husband will and I don't have the details but he was extremely nice, prompt, courteous, and we are very happy with his work.

I wouldn't hesitate to use United again. He called me before getting there and was very nice while there.

Replaced bib. Recommended against frost roof bib(at higher cost) because of access.

Josh with United Plumbing was very kind and came out on a Saturday to fix a (very) busted line running from my water meter to my house. All is well now, would use them again.

The original shower unit in our master suite became compromised over time. There were several cracks in the bottom, the grout around the glass door was worn out and the fixtures were well beyond their proper functioning. Mr. Pearson helped us choose a new unit that would suit our needs and then removed the old fixture, inspected the flooring and surrounding areas to be certain that water hadn't caused any damage, then put a lovely new shower and fixtures in.

Mr. Wayne was wonderful as usual. This is the 2nd job for plumbing that we have used United Plumbing Co, and would refer them to anyone in need of a plumber.

Wayne was on time, introduced himself, gave me free estimate. I was happy with the price and had him do the work.

It went very well and all worked as expected.

I bought the Angie's List special deal for 2 hours of work and the plumber was here longer than that. He also went out to buy parts and came back. All together he probably spent 3 or 4 hours on this job. He was on time and fixed numerous items on my To Do List. He was very professional and helpful and extremely clean. He also wore covers over his shoes while in the house. I was very pleased and would definitely use this company and this individual again.l

Josh came out on a Sunday afternoon within an hour and a half of being called and fixed the drain. He said he would have to come back to replace the shower hardware, but that he would credit the trip price towards the next day's work. He also agreed to pick up a matching drain lever and a drain cover on the way. We had originally asked him to come back Monday, but found we couldn't be home then and had to change it until Tuesday. Josh arrived Tuesday on time, worked quickly, and did a good job of cleaning up after himself. True to his word, he credited the trip fee and applied a 15% Angie's List discount. He was able to take our Amex using his iPhone. I can see why they've been consistently rated so highly. We'll definitely use them again.

Installer was on time, did good job. Installer was a little too aggressive in phoning me to obtain credit card number. Would have appreciated receiving a bill in mail. Ad in Angie's List also said required electrical work was included but installer only ran the power cord to the closet outlet, 6 feet away.

Called to have an estimate on moving our washer; before we could have the work done we noticed a leak around our dishwasher and water pressure very high. They came out in a timely manner accessed problem; stopped the leak and replaced the valve. We still plan on using them to move the washer to another location and repair all lines under house.

It went quite well. They replaced the faucet and we discovered it had a small leak when we went to use it. They came back immediately and fixed it. Also, they looked at a slow drain for us at no cost.

He quoted some prices for faucet parts which I thought were high. There was a thumping noise that was coming from the kitchen faucet. However, he could not determine the issue. The issue continued to get worse so I called him out again. He then stated he would have to removed through the wall in order to find the problem. I did not want that so I did not have the worked performed. He did not charge me for the service call. The worker was nice but the price was high for the worked performed originally.

It was a relatively simple job. The United Plumbing Company representative was on-time, polite and fixed the problem quickly.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the ntankless water heater. We are still getting used to not having hot water on demand, but have programmed our primary usage times into the system so we do have hot water during our peak usage. The team making te installation seemed very knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves when finished (something not all service people do).

He had to go out to get the parts needed. He did this and returned and replaced the parts as part of the same visit. He checked out each thing carefully to make sure it was working properly. Excellent job.

United Plumbing was very punctual in giving me an estimate to repair or replace the water line depending on my preference. I elected to have the line replaced since it was nearly 30 years old and likely to fail again. United did a super job for significantly less money than a competitor quoted me. They were very professional in their communication and got the water restored promptly. I highly recommend United Plumbins based upon my experience.

I called United Plumbing on a Friday afternoon. Wayne got back to me with in 30 minutes. I told him what I needed done. Wayne arrived 5 minutes ahead of our scheduled meeting time on Monday morning. Assessed the what needed to be done and quoted me accordingly. Wayne returned 2 days later as scheduled and completed the work as promised. Later that night I smelled a "little gas" coming from my dryer. I called Wayne at United Plumbing and he immediatey came to my house to inspect the work that was completed. I figured out that I simply needed to tighten a flared fitting and called Wayne to let him know that he did not need to come out. Wayne explained that he wanted to make sure his work was completed correctly. I will definitely use United Plumbing in the future.

Excellent Service!!! Wayne was very responsive to my initial call - I didn't have a real emergency and we scheduled an appointment for a few days off. He showed up on time and did all three projects in about 2 hours - that includes making a trip to Lowe's to get a new sink stopper in the correct finish so that it matched the faucet. Very impressive. When he diagnosed the problem with the broken pipe at the sink, I just wasn't following what he was telling me. I asked him to start over again and he very patiently took me back into the bathroom, we sat down on the floor and he went from top to bottom and showed me what the problem was and what it was going to take to fix it. He was WONDERFUL!! There was no mess - he was extremely professional and absolutely knowledgeable. He even took my old utility sink to dispose of it for me so that I didn't have fool around with that. Very impressed and would absolutely use them again.

I originally had trouble contacting them by e-mail, but I found out later that they had changed e-mail services. Once I got in contact with them, everything went great.

We called several companies on Angies List to give us an estimate. From the start, we really liked United Plumbing. We had to wait a week before they could do the work, but considering the magnitude of the job that's understandable. They were on time and worked hard all day. The back yard had to be dug up and all sewer lines in the house replaced. They worked until 8pm! So grateful that they stayed until the job was done. We've had zero problems with our new lines. My husband was kept informed of what they were doing and felt very comfortable with their expertise. Thanks guys, you ROCK!

The technician arrived within the time window specified. We discussed briefly the work to be performed and he began immediately. He was very polite and professional, and completed the work expeditiously (even though the job turned out to be more complicated than it appeared at the outset).

The plumber was professional, gregarious, and in good humor. It was one of those absolutely perfect East Tenn. spring days and all was well in the world.
