We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went well. We agreed to moving the fixtures, so there were additional charges which were fully appropriate, and they provided service quickly and efficiently. They did create a small problem, when moving, and they drilled a hole through my drain pipe, but they fixed it. It was my first time using them. I had no complaints.

It was easy to set up an appointment. They called to confirm the time and were on time. Josh was friendly and very professional. The job was done quickly and well.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. So far, it seems that the damage is done. As far as I can tell it's working alright. They did ask about installing a new one without making it clear that it was easy enough to repair the old one. I kinda felt like he was beginning to sell me something beyond what I needed. Other than that, I just wanted it repaired so he went ahead and did it and didn't pressure me beyond that. He seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing and what it would take to replace it.

We have had problems with two toilets that we had replaced during renovations two years ago. We called United Plumbing because of the reviews on Angie's list. These guys are service oriented (they promptly answered the phone when I called before 8:00 a.m.), agreed to come that day and moved the appointment up when they had another cancellation. They diagnosed the problem promptly, went to pick up the parts and fixed the toilets within 20 minutes. They were professional, personable, competent, and responsive. I would definitely use them again.

Showed up when we needed him. Did a great job! Cleaned up after himself.

We had company in town and our hot water heater quit working. It was father's day and they came anyway and didn't charge us more for coming on the weekend. We have always been happy with them

1- Plumber was very professional and on time. He explained what he was doing and the work was done very quickly. During the inspection, problems were found with the faucets and toilets. I was aware of most of these issues. I asked for one tiolet to be replaced with a "best flush" and ADA toilet. The plumber gave me and estimate and I gave him the Ok to proceed. He was back the next day and the work was completed in about two hours. In hind sight, I think the price for the work on the toilets and faucets were two much. This is partially my fault for not asking enough questions.

The guy was nice enough to do what appeared to fix the problem that was happening but, a week later I had the same problem again. I would not use him again and I will not be purchasing any more Big Deals for plumbing.

Wayne came to our home to install the facucet and drain for a laundry tub after the kitchen contractor had completed the installation of a new counter top and sink. He suggested that he should use a drain strainer that matched the faucet, rather than the standard crome strainer. We agreed that it would, in fact, look much better than the standard strainer, and Wayne subsequently ordered the matching strainer from his supplier. The strainer arrived in two days, and Wayne called to see if it would be convienent for him to come that day. We agreed, and he arrived promptly at the agreed time. He explained how he was goiing to complete the job and went to work. The job was completed in about an hour, and he checked to insure that the faucet and drain were not leaking. He told us to watch for a couple of days for any leaks and to call him immediately if we found one. Wayne has completed two jobs at our home, and we have found him to be very professional. conscience, and courteous. He always arrives on time and calls before he arrives to insure that we are expecting him. He is very careful of our home and always cleans up after the job is completed. He also takes the time to explain in detail what need to be done and how he plans to complete the job.

We were able to get the worked scheduled very quickly. He's always very professional and prompt. I will use him again for any of our plumbing needs!

They have done two jobs for me. The first was in Knoxville, they did plumbing repair inside a house we own there. They came on time, they did the work they said they would do. The repairs worked. And they did not leave any mess for anyone to clean up afterwards. The second time was to replace the entire drainage system for a two-apartment complex we own. They responded with a reasonable estimate. They got the work done faster than I thought possible (I have built over 28 houses in my life) and they were on time with every promise they made. The work was completed and they had the city inspect it in record time, seriously improving the mood of my tenants! ;') I cannot imagine a plumbing company doing a better job. (Also, the drains come with a TEN YEAR guarantee!) So, very well done United Plumbing!

They were here within a few hours, gave an est., found they needed to replace the faucet, We had already purchased one (JUST in case it needed to be replaced) so he installed the new one. Everything has worked very well. He was profession and stayed within his estimate. Clean up was excellent. He even gave me a coupon to to give to others.

Josh was on time and I showed him what needed to be done. He gave me a quote and then did the work. I recently moved in the home and knew that the PSI was high so he changed out that mechanism. I also purchased a new gas range and the gas hookup was sticking out of the wall. He changed the direction of that hookup and then hooked up the gas range. He was professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. He answered each question I asked.

Technician was courteous, diagnosed the problem, and asked if it was okay to proceed after giving me the price. I was very satisfied with the work. The commode is not leaking now.

Excellent. Josh showed up on time and also called twice to say he might be either a little late or might arrive just at the end of the time window given us by the main office. Very thoughtful. Josh explained everything he was doing and alerted me to the fact that he might have to take time to leave and get some parts. Josh also was careful to let me know when my house water would be turned off at that point in the repair process. Overall - wonderful contractor experience and would certainly call United again if needed.

Very well. I called on Monday, and everything is fixed before 10 a.m. on Tuesday. Wayne also referred me to a company that is coming today to clean my clogged kitchen drain. He was very helpful and didn't try to sell me anything I did not need. A true professional.

Wayne was excellent. He was prompt, located the problem quickly and resolved it. I would recommend United Plumbing and certainly use them again.

Josh was on time. He was very nice and did the job under an hour. He even gave me the 15% discount for being a member of Angie's List without me asking for it.

Our complex thermostat on our water heater was broken. I had researched it on the internet and couldn?t fix it. However, they came out the morning I called (I?m not a fan of cold showers) and fixed everything. In addition, my wife and I pestered them with questions on other plumbing related issues and they answered all our questions. They were very professional. I?ll definitely use them again.

It went great. I have used multiple plumbers before and never been as satisfied as I have been with United.

Overall, they did an amazing job! They came out, evaluated and found the problem. The break couldn't be located, so the entire water line was replaced between the meter and the house. They communicated the entire time and made sure they were on time and very professional. Overall the work was great! I would definitely use United Plumbing again!

Hired United Plumbing to clear a kitchen sink drain that was troublesome. Despite using chemicals, I just could not clean it out sufficiently to get the water to drain well. We scheduled the service with United to clean the drain, and they had to reschedule twice (on two separate days) due to their schedule getting being busy during the day and they could not get to us. When they came, they were successful in clearing the drain, which I am appreciative of; however, they were there only about 45 minutes and the bill was $123.00 (with a 15% Angie's List discount). It's been a while since I have used a plumber, but I thought that amount was very high for the type of service and the time they spent at the house. That correlates to about $175.00/hr. If there were parts or any dis-assembly/reassembly required I would probably understand it more, but that was not the case for this repair (i.e., they went straight through the drain without any dis-assembly of the drain piping).

Wayne came out to originally give us an estimate of the project. He also informed us that the house did not have a pressure relief valve on the plumbing system. This was a safety issue that should have been installed when the house was built. The other plumbing company that we asked to give us an estimate did not mention this. He also offered us the option of replacing the existing outdoor faucets with frost proof ones. When time to do the project he arrived promptly and finished on time that same day. He also cleaned up the work area. We are very pleased

The contractor called to explain he would not be able to show up at the appointed time and rescheduled. When he came as he had rescheduled look at the job, and he explained that he would need a helper to install 1/2" copper pipe under the floor joists. He came back he and the helper worked 1 hour for the 2 hours of labor contracted. My wife paid for additional supplies out of pocket, we provided the copper pipe, and connectors along with the exterior frost free faucet. He soldered in the exterior faucet versus installing the adapter which would have made it easier to change when and if needed. They spent more time drilling a hole in the exterior wall than performing plumbing work. I would not recommed that they be hired by my family.
