arrived between the framework of time set by the company,checked my sink faucet which was leaking and fixed it right away. Then went outside and replaced the outside faucet.

Found a leak and at first we had the irrigation guy check it and he could not do anything. So, we called United Plumbing, they came out right away and started working on the problem and gave us options. Would use them again.

We were very happy with their services. We had already purchased the faucet and they just installed. We have had issues with some contractors in the past, so it is nice to have someone show up when they promise.

Simple repair performed timely and correctly. Pleasant fellow made the repair.

He knew exactly what he was doing and fixed it quickly.

We had water leaking in our crawl space under the bathroom and were unaware of the source. The United plumber diagnosed the problem, an inferior wax ring and identified the cost to replace it as $150. A wax ring costs about $5 and I appreciate that the plumber was able to quickly identify the problem and have a replacement ring - no problem. I was a bit disappointed with the cost, but was willing to pay given the situation. BUT, after installing the ring, he also discovered that the toilet gasket and bolts needed to also be replaced. Again, the parts were in the $5 range, the technician was already at the house and the toilet was already removed. The cost for this repair - and additional $125!!!! I was beside myself, but obviously was in no position to refuse the service. Never again will I call on this company for anything and I don't recommend anyone else use them either. Their plumbers operate off of a set pricing list regardless of the situation. Bah!

The plumber said he required a helper when he returned the copper line was installed crooked, he dropped the time by half due to needing a helper.

Wayne responded quickly to service request and was on time for appointment. He recommended installing a more appropriately colored drain, aproved it, and installed promptly after it arrived. Work was performed in a professional manner. I would definitely use again.

Went fine except they forgot to connect the stopper. I wasn't home when they did the work so it was a couple of weeks before we caught the mistake. Because of the delay, I never contacted them to correct the problem, so I don't have any experience with how they would respond. I rated a B instead of an A only because they overlooked that detail. Otherwise the work went fine.

This contractor does not service Loudon County. The gentleman I spoke with was very polite but unable to help.

They referred to another company that ran a line through to plug the drain They charged $305 and this worked well. Holes in ceiling will cost 700.00. this was a $900.00 mistake.

The provider did a great job. Apparently the faucet was incorrectly installed the first time around so extra work was required. He was timely, professional, and I wouldhave him back again.

Our house is very old and we are on a well, which causes major corrosion to our system. This made Wayne's job more difficult, but he stuck with it to the end. He discovered that there were no cutoffs in several of the sinks, again, making his job difficult. I praises Wayne highly. He did an incredible job, and I would highly recommend him. After finishing the job, he called back the next day to check on how things were going. We discovered a leak that we had not addressed at first, so he returned and fixed it. Great guy, great job.

. This was the third time that I had used this company, the first being 12/9/2010, and again 11/10/2011. Different areas of the crawlspace, just old corroded pipes and not in particularly good working locations.Usually, in an hour or so, the repairman is at my door, after giving me an advance call that he was on the way. The repairman, Josh is very courteous, knowledgeable and takes great care to use shoe covers. I will always use a company that will respond to my call quickly.

They came within the hour of the first time I called them. We're very knowledgable and reasonably priced.
