Miracle Method's company name really fits their work. This was the one of the best jobs we have had done on our house. It only took a few days from first call to finished product. We could not be happier with the work and the professionalism. It took appx. two half days to refinish our old harvest gold bathtub and surrounding tile into a "like new", brand new, beautiful bathtub. We are just so happy and we would heartily recommend this company to anyone. Some have complained about the odor. It wasn't that bad because they use a powerful fan in the window and most of the odor went outside. We ran a heater overnight to help dry the first coat, and it was a cold night. Great job. Exceptionally nice people to deal with. You won't be sorry.

We had updated a 70's era bathroom replacing the avocado sink and toilet with white ones and needed to refinish the old avocado green tub to match. We were able to get an estimate by phone. The technician arrived on time and did a great job. The bathtub looks like new and we are very happy with the refinished tub. These guys have a 5 year guarantee which is a plus.

Absolutely fabulous! Tubs were in great shape and now look brand new - only better because they're cast iron. It was very smelly, but only lasted 5 hours or so with exhaust fan going. Very nice man did the work and very knowledgable.

Almost too good to be true. Our tub/shower, otherwise in perfect condition, had two holes in the floor, one of which had been patched by my husband using a kit from the hardware store (effective but bad looking). We got two estimates from companies that wanted to rip out the entire one piece unit that was part of our 10 year old house, each at an estimated cost of $5,000. I checked Angies List and noticed the top writeups of Miracle Method on Hinton Road. Despite some doubts I called. Business owner came out right on time and her guesstimate was the same as her estimate, emailed within 24 hours. The workman arrived right on schedule, was polite and clean and left no mess. We waited three days to use the tub. It looks brand new again. The patch was perfectly matched and I would defy anyone to know the tub has been repaired. Cost of $250.00.

Ken and Donna were very prompt, very professional, and worked very hard to to a wonderful job! They arrived at the predetermined time and worked most of the first day removing the shower doors, making repairs, and thoroughy cleaning all the surfaces. Then they sprayed on the new coating. Some of the smells are rather strong, but can't be avoided. The next day they came and buffed the surfaces and finished the process. Both the bathtub and shower look great! I am so glad I went this route to improve my bathrooms!

These units are probably 30-40 years old and we were tired of that "Harvest Gold" color. I have to say we were a bit sceptiacle at first. However, after getting several estimates for new shower/tub demo and installiation we were willing to take the risk. We're glad we did, they turned out looking great. We working it out with our plumber to install new fixtures as soon as MIracle Method was done and they look like new units. We did ask them to come back and touch up one small place which they did without question. Not sure how the surfaces will hold up long tern but for the first month we're extremely happy.

It went well. The associate worked well with me on scheduling, and the service was completed on time.

Service representative came out to house and set up appointment for two weeks later. Very nice and professional. Until the day of the appointment. After an hour of nobody showing up, I called their number to see if they were running late. No one answered, so I left a message. An hour after not hearing anything, I called again...no answer. I went to the website and called the toll-free number. It routed me back to the original voice box, which said it was full and couldn't receive anymore message. Still haven't heard from them. Now I have to take another day off work for someone else to come do the repairs. This "reputable" of a company should have more than one contact number.

They did an excellent job, were efficient and got the job done quickly.

Since we had damage they came out to give an estimate. We scheduled the work from there. They came on day 1 to clean, sand, prep work and apply the finish. An exhaust fan with tubing to the outside was left so that the fumes didn't get too overwhelming in the house. Day 2 was shorter to buff out the finish. We have another tub to use so they said it best to give it another day before use to let it cure completely. Tub looks like new again for a fraction of the cost.

The Miracle Method team is fabulous. If you want sparkling new looking tubs in order to sell your home, these are the folks to go to!

We live in a condo that is 45 years old. Our existing porcelain tub had very little finish left and was impossible to clean. We considered our options and were not happy with any of them. I saw Miracle Method on Angie's List and would have no knowledge of them otherwise. I am so thankful I did. They were prompt to respond to my initial call. We were given an estimate and scheduled a day to begin. The local company's owners did the work we needed. It was incredible how well it went and we were quite impressed with the results. I recommend this company to anyone in a similar situation.

Did a great job and the countertops look brand new. They are a family-owned local small business and they are the nicest people. The owners met me on a Saturday at their showroom and their son did the actual job. A very nice young man! I am thrilled with the results. You should visit their showroom if you are considering this service, they have some very impressive "before & after" tubs, counters, etc. Many, many color choices and styles. I was at work while they were there working and I had no hesitation to have them in my house without me there - they are very professional. I would use them again. The refurbished counters cost less that 1/2 of what it would cost for new similar counters, and no demolition or damage to my cabinets.

The technician explained to me exactly what the process was and everything went as planned. I am very pleased as we thought we were going to have to tear out and replace the unit which is an odd size and would be more than twice the cost to replace. The finished repair and refinishing looks great!

Great Service, and overall experience was easy and pleasant.

Their service was very good. I believe it is a family run business. I had them refinish two bathtubs over the last two visits made of cast iron tubs that we dint want them to take out, but we wanted them to look new. They used whatever their process is to just make them look nice and white. They were very good. I did not compare their prices with anybody else. I just took their recommendation. I was perfectly pleased with them. I did not have any complaints. I will probably use them again.

The process was quick and easy. We called to make an appointment. He showed up on time. He worked cleanly and the repair was completed in less than a day.

Their product was pretty amazing for the price. I had a crack in the bottom of my shower and they drilled and put foam in that hardened. The builders had not reinforced the baths and showers in the house. They didn't have anything under them to support them. They took care of that and had an insert made that exactly fit my shower. It is very firm and very neat looking. I couldn't be more pleased. I would absolutely use them again and I would recommend them.

Nice people. Mom & Pop operation. Fairly well organized. Good value. The project: I upgraded two bathrooms including the master. Replaced floor tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting. Painted cabinets and replaced hardware. Countertops were in good shape but old cultered marble with ugly green swirls. Miracle Method put their finish over the old counters. Look like stone. Very cost effective because there is no cost of removing old tops nor for new tops. Each top was less than $200 total. I also had the tub/shower and master shower refinished. In one changed the color and it really added to the overall look of the bathroom. We had a couple of scheduling and quality glitches, but they corrected those quickly and were easy to work with. Anyone thinking of refinishing should talk to Miracle Method. I would use them again.

I called and got a quote over the phone and scheduled the work. Our bathroom was original to the house (1960's) and the tub had already been refinished once by a previous owner. He had just used a kit from a hardware store and did it himself, and it looked awful - peeling and flaking. We decided to renovate the whole room and had already removed the vanity, replaced the bath faucets, and installed brand new tile floors and toilet. The tub was the last thing to be done. The man arrived on time and was professional and courteous. The first day he stripped the tub, removed the old caulking, and prepped the tub. He was unable to remove the old drain (which we had wanted to also replace), so he said they had a way to cover it. He also sprayed it with the new coating. The next day he came out and sanded and finished it and cleaned up. We were very happy with the tub. However, a white dust was left over the entire bathroom that I had to wipe off of every surface. Also, I didn't realize this until after I had cleaned up the dust, but there was also some overspray from the coating that wouldn't wipe off. I had to spend over an hour with a razor blade, scraping tiny white droplets off of the tile floor and toilet. It wasn't everywhere, because he DID mask off the immediate area around the tub, but there was spray beyond where he masked off. The drain cover was out of stock, so the workman said they would have to order it and install it a few days later. He quoted us at $30 for that. Over a week later, we still hadn't heard anything, so I called them. Someone came out that evening to put it in, but they showed up a little late and charged us $35. The tub looks great now, but there were some hassles involved. Plus, I'm not sure it was worth the price. We'll see how it holds up over time.

In preparation for putting the house on the market I was faced with a decision as to what to do about the tub/shower unit. Years ago when the unit was relatively new, the bottom of the tub cracked, was repaired and refinished. Over the years the finish on the bottom of the tub, that had been applied at that time, had chipped off in some places and cracked in others. The unit was structurally very sound and solid, but looked awful. I found Miracle Method's website, and after reviewing it, I put in a request for a free estimate. Ken came out and explained the process. They can refinish any surface - even vanity tops and kitchen counter tops. I had already checked into replacing the unit. Just putting in a builder's grade replacement unit, with the labor involved, would have been twice as much as what I paid Miracle Method to make it look brand new. Their work is guaranteed for five years, and the guarantee is transferrable to the new owners. I had already read reviews on Angie's List and saw proof that they do stand behind their word if any problem develops. The young man who did the work, came right on time and went right to work. He obviously takes his work very seriously and worked very diligently the whole time he was here. I'm so happy with the results and with the price!

Original procedure done in October, 2008. We did have a couple of problem areas with the finishing which cropped up a couple of months after the service, but the company stood by their work and resurfaced the entire tub again at no extra cost.
