Description of Work: Personnel arrived per the agreed upon time. Did their cleaning in a professionsal fashion. Pleased with results. Only one suggestion - would have liked to see plastic placed under some living room furniture and cleaned under the furniture (e.g., couch).

Description of Work: YOung man was very nice. My sofa just didnt come clean and he was only there about 30 min. I just felt there could have been a better job done. There were a couple of dirt stains and he never offered to use a prestain cleaner.. But very nice
