Description of Work: For a three hour job they cleaned two bathrooms and a guest bedroom. I had requested two bathrooms and the MASTER bedroom, hall, and stairs. The cleaning was excellent , but I was shocked they didn't get more done and they cleaned the wrong bedroom! I called and the administrator said she would talk to the employees and get back w me. Never heard a word....THATS why I'm upset. Will NEVER use them again. Not good buisness not to return a call especially when I told her I was looking for bi weekly cleaning. They must have enough buisness. I'M DONE!!

Description of Work: We contracted for gutter cleaning service. It was performed in a professional |Timely manner with communication about weather neccessitated reschedules. After cleaning we still had one downspout clogged. They returned at no charge and corrected the problem.

Description of Work: They steam cleaned 1 very small bedroom and the short hallway upstair and 16 steps leading to the upstairs. Had to pay extra for the stairs to be cleaned. I thought I paid $84.00 for 400 sq.ft. of steam cleaning, and the stairs were extra ( $1.00 per step - good deal there) The area upstairs that they actually cleaned was more like 100-150 sq.ft., and the area under the step lips was left really, really wet. The rest of the cleaned area was not as wet. I didn't expect them to move any furniture to clean; I just would have liked more of the open floorspace to have been steamcleaned. When Noah got here, he said the deal I had paid for was 400 sq.ft., and the stairs would be extra; which that would have been fine with me, if they had just cleaned 400 sq.ft. of open floor space.

Description of Work: Jeanette and her assistant arrived promptly and were ready to work. Jeanette listened when I told her what I wanted done. She has a keen eye for detail and is thorough in her work. Her assistant (I don't remember her name) was professional and eager to do what I requested. I will hire Marshall cleaning again as I have in-depth spring cleaning to do.
