I contacted Marshall Carpet Cleaning to inquire about deep cleaning and removing pet odors from a carpet in our bonus room. The smells originated from before we purchased our home and they became worse during the humid summer weather. We had used a different carpet cleaner but the smells remained. Brian was extremely professional and courteous, explaining what he could do to help remove the odor and providing a quote over the phone. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. On the day of the appointment, Brian arrived promptly within the window he had scheduled. We discussed the problem in the room and he got right to work. He worked diligently for nearly two hours and did everything in his power to take care of the odor in the room. After Brian finished, the total cost of the treatment was actually lower than what he had quoted on the phone! How often does that happen?! After having Marshall Carpet Cleaning out to hour house, our stinky room smells so much better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brian and his company.

Mr. Marshall arrived on time, was very professional, did the carpet cleaning quickly but thoroughly and communicated about the drying time. We would recommend his service and will use him again.

Definitely the best service of this type we've received in this location. The provider spent about twice the time we are accustomed to and carpets are as clean and nicely finished as we have ever seen them. Would definitely use the provider again.

He did an excellent job. We had a couple of areas where there were pet stains, and the stains were completely gone when he finished. Unlike the last time I had the carpets cleaned by another service provider, the carpets were barely damp when he finished. I will hire him again in the future.

I had just purchased the property and wanted everything cleaned. Marshall cleans carpets and tile so I hired him. I needed to get the job done quickly and and he agreed to come over after a commercial cleaning at 1:30am. He showed up, took his time and left in time to get a good hours sleep before he started his next day. The carpet and tile looks great.

Everything was excellent! Mr. Marshall arrived on time, was friendly and professional, explained the entire process, and had highly superior equipment. We had some rust stains from furniture feet, and a large black stain on cream colored carpet from a spinning rubber vacuum cleaner belt, that he removed completely. Pet areas look brand new and refreshed. The steps look like they've never been walked on. Our whole house smells fantastic! Highly recommended.
