He cleaned my carpet and it was great. He came on time, and waited for me as I was in an accident and I was late. He was very professional and my carpet looked great. While he was there, I wanted him to also clean my couch and loveseat, but he didn't have time that day. So he said he would let me know when he was in my area again, and HE DID! He called the next week and gave me a possible day and we were able to work it out. My couch looks awesome! Thanks!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and initially I was pleased. Brian Marshall was punctual and worked hard. There were additional charges because he cleaned more carpet than the Big Deal specified. He was pleasant. There were some stains that did not come out so he came back and worked on those again. I saw some pinkish stains when I was vacuuming upstairs that I did not remember being there before he cleaned. I thought maybe it was the lighting that particular day. However I began to noticed more and more of these pinkish stains both upstairs and downstairs where he had cleaned. The stains were most noticeable in the higher traffic areas. I had another carpet cleaning company come out to inspect the carpet. In all I had three other carpet technicians looked at the carpet at different times. They all said that it was clear that whatever happened was a problem in the pre-spray. They could tell because of the pattern of the "stains". The third carpet expert that came out has been in the industry for 20 years. After testing the "stains" he concluded that the PH of the pre-spray Brian Marshall used was too high and stripped one or more of the colors out of the carpet. It was his opinion that this damage cannot be repaired. He has seen this before. I contacted Brian Marshall on December 16 and he said he would come by and look at the carpet when he was in the area. I did not hear from Mr. Marshall again until the last week of December. He scheduled an appointment on Friday, January 3rd between 4:30 - 5:30 to come look at the carpet. I called Mr. Marshall at 6:30 to see if he was still planning to come, or if we needed to reschedule. I had to leave a message. Mr. Marshall did not return my call either that night, the next day or the next week. The following week I left at least two more messages for Mr. Marshall to see if we could reschedule. When he did not return my calls I felt I had no choice but to turn to Angies List for help in resolving this issue. I chose Marshall Carpet Cleaning because of the Big Deal and the fact that Marshall Carpet Cleaning advertises regularly in the Angies List Book. In his advertisement he indicates that his work is "guaranteed".

The owner was very quick to respond to my email scheduling an appointment, He was great to get me in on such a very short notice. He came in and cleaned all the carpet in the living room, dinning room and foyer/hallway. I was very impressed with the prompt reply and the quality of the work. we scheduled the time to arrive and he was right on time and it might have been a little early. The floors all look very nice. I would recommend anyone needing carpet cleaned to contact this company if they want a great job done at a very reasonable price. Thanks!

Brian was on time and professional with the cleaning service. He helped me out before the job by explaining that I should not schedule housecleaning and carpet cleaning at the same time, as they would get in each other's way and the housecleaning would likely re-dirty the carpets as they dusted and cleaned. I scheduled him to come in the day after I had the house cleaned from top to bottom, and it went quite well. He explained that there were some things he couldn't get out: there was some sun fading on the carpets and the edges of the rooms had some dark marks due to the circulation of air in the house. The carpets were clean and the house smelled great when he was finished.

Very prompt, very professional and the carpet looked great. Was very impressed with work ethic and final results. Will use him quarterly to maintain the carpet. Although tried him out on a trial basis and a special deal price, the work was done well. Carpet gets dirty and needs to be cleaned, and I will call him again for the rest of the house. Highly recommend.

The best thing about Marshall Carpet Cleaning was the carpet was fluffy and soft - like new - when he finished. He did not overly saturate it with water, either, and it dried very well within a normal length of time.

It was okay, like anything else, it looked good when it was first done and a couple of days later it looked the same. They got most of the carpet cleaned, but the stains came back. For the most part, I would say that it was good. The guy was a very hard worker. He was here for quite a while and it seemed like he did not come up for air. I thought that the price was a little bit high. I would use them again.

Brian was great to deal with in setting an appointment and arrived on time. He was very professional and did a great job. He worked without out stopping and the job was completed in a short amount of time. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them.

He called to see if he could come earlier, arrived on time, was very polite, took about an hour and a half, and even gave me carpet booties to wear! An excellent price! I hope he runs this special after Christmas when my company goes home!

It worked out fine. It was a great deal for that much carpet cleaning. He was able to get me in quickly.

Excellent from first phone call until final goodbye. Our upstairs carpet is difficult to clean and had an obvious path in traffic areas. The first 2 times this area was cleaned we used the same service vendor recommended (at that time by) David's carpet. Each time we thought they did not get carpet sufficiently dry before leaving. Also the last time they said that they cleaned the path area as well as they could... not very well. Marshall's cleaned all of our carpet to our exacting standards. The path is no longer even slightly noticeable. We highly recommend to everyone.

The entire process went well. Mr. Mitchell arrived on time and immediately set up his equipment to clean the carpet. H applied a precleaner, then used his steam extraction cleaner on the carpeting. We asked about adding a ScotchGard treatment, which was reasonably priced and accepted. He pointed out that treating the carpet meant that the carpet would take longer to dry, which was useful to know. Overall, Mr. Mitchell was quite courteous and thoughtful. He offered to help move furnishings back into the cleaned area, but we opted to allow the carpet dry beforehand. The carpeting looks crisp and clean, and we are pleased with the work he did. We'll use his services again when we next need carpet cleaning.

All around great experience! Our initial phone call was returned promptly and professionally. He was able to fit us in within a week. One room was saturated with dog urine ( we had a 13 year old dog that became paralyzed and eventually had to be put down). The gentleman was very thorough and actually solved the pet urine problem. We had another provider come out three months prior who was a major disappointment...such a disappointment that we had to call Marshalls three months later to address the same unresolved issue. Marshalls was everything you WANT customer service to be, but you can't seem to find anymore. Dealing with this company was one of the most positive customer service experiences I have had in my 40 years.

Mr. Marshall was very prompt, cleaned carpet and chairs in a short time. Very pleased with results.

Everything went really well. Brian was very professional and worked thoroughly to make sure the carpets were clean.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they did a great job. My wife was home, and said that they were prompt, and cleaned up afterwards. When I got home, it all looked terrific. It was reasonable, and we had no complaints.

Very friendly and professional. Got out stains in boys rooms that had been there for quite awhile. In the media room, even cleaned the sides of the carpet that went up baseboard. The job was done fantastically. We were very pleased. Would use again!

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out terrific. We did not have any formal scheduling, I just had to walk him around my time and schedule. I paid a little bit extra other than the big deal purchase; it was not bad it was very very reasonable. He was prompt and on time. He was very courteous. He was thorough. I would highly recommend them to anybody up here. I have them down on my list to call up when we finish building our house and have them clean it as we move in.

Brian was here on our agreed appointment time He was very professional and friendly. We showed him the areas we showed him the areas, and he took it from there. This was in the morning shortly after 8am, so my wife and I went out for breakfast, feeling perfectly comfortable in leaving Brian alone to clean the carpet. He did an excellent job and the carpet looks great. I am sure we will call him again in the future.
