Marshall Cleaning Service

I got the discount from Angie's List. I was under the impression they would be calling to arrange an appointment for my service. They showed up, unexpectedly, but I was home and able to talk with them so it all worked out. There were two guys who climbed onto my very tall roof and cleaned the gutters of leaves, debris, etc. I was very surprised by the quickness and efficiency. It hasn't rained hard, so I am not certain of the total cleanliness of the gutters, but I did see them working to remove all. They gave me some materials on their other services and I would gladly use them again for needed work. Very cordial and professional.

Technician was polite. He was running late for original appointment time, but office staff called to alert me and we were able to adjust the time so I appreciated that they kept in touch with me. Service performance was fine. My only negative is that the couch in question has a fabric that is alternating stripes--the stripes are all the same color but they alternate by grain in the fabric so it's a subtle effect. The technician cleaned across the grain diagonally so that his brush strokes are now evident rather than the alternating stripe pattern in the material. Fortunately, this occurred only on the ends of the couch, which aren't very visible.

This was a big deal purchase. It did not turn out well. They took an hour and a half to clean one window.

See above. It was supposed to be 3 hours of house cleaning.

The gutters were cleaned. Looks like a power washer was used. Debris left on the side of house, under eaves and windows. Company contacted numerous times to fix the issue. Agreed to come out and clean the house, but never showed. After multiple email attempts and calls, still nothing done to clean up the mess that was left.

They recently returned to clean gutters, roof valleys, pressure wash all house trim and cleaned clothes dryer vent. All work was completed efficiently and in a very professional manner. The house trim was expertly pressure washed. They had a unique way of cleaning the dryer vent which prevents in-home fires. We are very satisfied clients.

There were a few missed details, but overall happy with the service. Will call them again.

Bought Big Deal for all their services, so the price was affordable. They did a great job on all tasks and were professional and friendly. We will definitely use them again.

Two young women arrived on time for the initial cleaning of one and one-half hours. They brought their supplies. They did use one of our ladders so both could work on the high spaces. They were so nice and very efficient. The second appointment was to complete the work begun. Again, things occurred as previously stated. They worked steadily for 2 hours. I will use this service again. For our part, we moved anything which blocked access to the windows.

I took advantage of a special from Marshall Cleaning Services to clean to rooms for $84 in my recently purchased home. The carpet had a few small stains and a heavy traffic area. The technician was on time, courteous and did a great job of taking care of my concerns. The carpet looks amazing considering the age (14 years) and color (off-white).

The initial contract set a date, but snow and ice made it impossible. We were contacted and another date was arranged, but again Mother Nature interfered. At every step Marshalls was right on top of things and kept us informed and worked with us to finally get the service done. Noah did our cleaning, and our carpets look like new. We are delighted with the cleaning as well as the professionalism and courtesy. Picture how you would wish to be treated by a vendor and that us exactly how Marshalls treated us. We could not be more pleased.

It was great. They were very polite and professional. They cleaned out the gutters and even took a leaf blower and cleaned off both porches, my basement awning and the driveway.

It turned out fine. There was no additional cost. He just climbed up and cleaned them out. He was nice and polite. That was fine with me.

We recently relocated to Knoxville and purchased a home that had been vacant for a few months. So, there was still some "fall" cleaning that needed to be done. We purchased their "Gutter Cleaning Special". Unfortunately, due to the rain we had around Christmas, they were delayed in getting us scheduled. We did receive an email on 12/21 explaining the delay and that they would schedule us ASAP. When we hadn't heard back, I had to call on 1/4 to check the status. I was told that we were on the schedule for 1/7. The worker (sorry, I forget his name), did show up on time. He was very professional, introduced himself and proceeded to do the job. Afterward, he made sure to blow all the debris off our walkways and patio. We were pleased with the work and would contact them again in the future for other cleaning services.

Did an excellent job. The sofa was quite dirty and they made it look as good as new.

It went okay. It wasn't brilliant. They came out at an appropriate time. They didn't charge any more. They were cleaning four rooms. We had a rug that needed to be cleaned and that was considered a room. It was just a rug. They hadn't explained that to me beforehand. Then, when I asked them about the fourth area, they said that that was the third and fourth area. It was expensive for what they did. They were very pleasant. They could have told me first of all, that the rug was going to take up a room. That was the bit that really upset me because I had another area that I specifically wanted done. The guy was very nice. He said he would come back and give me a good deal if I wanted to do the others. They're adequate.

He did a real good job. It is clean. I did have some pet stains on the back and I am assuming nobody could probably remove them. They did a good job flattening it up but it is not completely removed. It is not their fault. It is just something that can't come off. He was an extremely nice person. You can't clean the pet stains, I am sure.

Set appointment 2 months in advance, arrived as scheduled. Owner & 1 helper did the work, house was cleaned very well.

Marshall Cleaning Service cleaned a sectional sofa and a chair for us and not only did an exceptional job but was extremely professional and patient with unforeseen circumstances that made it difficult for the technician to reach parts of the sofa. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using again in near future.

First of all, he showed up an hour later than our scheduled time. He started cleaning the carpet while banging into the legs of my furniture with his brush, he didn't try to move my lightweight side lamp tables or my wing back chairs, and left dark squares of dirty carpet under that furniture while the rest of my carpet looks nice and clean. When he was leaving I asked about the puddles of water left behind on my hardwood floors that he had to walk over to get to the carpet and he replied "it won't hurt it". So then I had to mop those floors to dry them! I'm surprised Angie's List would offer a special deal with this company. I will never use them again!

Noah arrived at the time agreed upon. Introduced himself and went to work. He concentrated on a couple of areas that needed special attention and explained why one spot was especially difficult. He advised me to stay off the carpet until it dried; approximately 2 hours.
