Marshall Cleaning Service

Did a good thorough job cleaning several rooms, stairway and reclining chair. Only negative thing I can say is that we were hoping to smell a clean scent coming from the carpet after the deodorizing, as we have had with other carpet cleaning companies. The cleaner did take his time though and was professional. I feel like we received a very good job for a reasonable price.

It went well the floors looked great. I thought the tile and grout cleaning were a good buy for the money ($79.00). I thought the $70.00 I paid to have the grout sealed in the kitchen was excessive, however, as it only took the tech ten minutes to do it.

They contacted me via text to tell me that they were coming by and that I didn't need to be present as they did the cleaning from the outside. I loved that! I came home, and the job was done. Definitely will use them again.

I liked the guys that came out but they did not clean downspouts. They tried but didn't have ladder to go up.

The technician was very nice. The side of my 2 story house is fairly high so I held a ladder for him while he climbed the ladder to pressure wash the top of my house. I section of vinyl siding came off while he pressure washed. He climbed onto the roof to put it back up but two weeks later it came off in a storm. I called and left a message for Marshall asking that they put it back up but they never responded. That's why I rated them as a "B" and not an A.

It was ok. I purchased 3 hours but the cleaner spent 90 cleaning one tiny bathroom which took way too much time (was not happy about that). I would not hire that company again just because of that fact.

I will never deal with this company again.

They gave me a price for 2 people for 2 hours starting @ 11 AM (which was good since we had an open house that day). Called back later & said "something came up" and they couldn't get there until 1:30 PM, plus they were bringing 3 people & only planned to stay for 1-1/3 hours (same # of manhours). Turned out one was the daughter of a regular worker, they did a poor job on the LR hardwood floor (left visible spots we had to clean), did not clean the surface of the window A/C units, and then refused to honor the Angies List coupon (said they already gave me enough discount). I learned later that my daughter had used them a year ago w/similar results; will not use them again.

Gutters were thoroughly cleaned. When I called to inquire about the service and left a message, I received a call back on the same day. The service was performed within the scheduled timeframe, which was only a couple of days after I initially called. I will be hiring them again.

Excellent - my floors were pretty dirty, especially the grout. They now look as nice as when they were first installed, and it's been over a week since the cleaning service. The representative was very professional and courteous.

They came twice. I wasn't pleased the first time but we decided to give them one more shot after speaking with them about our dissatisfaction. Very professional and cordial, but the work was just not up to par. There was film left on everything they touched and the house smelled so strongly of antiseptic cleaners that I had to leave. They are all very pleasant and I hate to leave a poor review, but it's just way too expensive for such poor results.

Great--Daniel was a very hard worker, did a great job going over the floors and being careful in places he needed to be (we had a section of flooring that was somewhat uneven, and he didn't want to chip any tile). He was very informative about what he was doing and explaining various things. We are very pleased with the work done and his work ethic.

I purchased the gutter cleaning service from an Angie's List deal. When I called to schedule the appointment I asked about the deck, sidewalk and driveway pressure washing services. The guys came and cleaned the gutters and within a couple hours I had a quote on the pressure washing. I phoned and made the appointment for the service. The crew phoned to tell me they were delayed the morning of the service because of an major traffic accident that morning and would be 15 minutes late. They called me as they were finishing up and I reviewed the work and paid them. Over all the best customer service I have received in a very long time! Great Job!

I thought they were very professional and customer service oriented. The employee that came out to do the job was very good. He did a walk-through with me and took care of the spots I showed him. He was very thorough and I was very pleased. When I first called, I gave a high estimate on the square footage. When they measured the space I was able to get a small reduction in price.

Two cleaners arrived about an hour later than scheduled due to a hang up elsewhere. They were courteous and professional, and got right to work. I had purchased an offer through Angie's List for 2 cleaners for 2 hours, for a total charge of $110. They brought in all necessary cleaning tools and supplies. I was satisfied with the work done.

They were decent and it was a good experience. However, my wife said they did not get as much done as she thought and the price was a bit too high. My wife is also not interested in having them come back. Two people came and because of that the three hours of work was just done in one and a half hours. What they accomplished did not seem that much.

All the contact I had with this company over the phone was very satisfactory. When I had to call back, she immediately remembered me by name and recalled the facts we discussed. They cleaned the carpet according to my satisfaction for a fair price. They worked with me to find the cheapest way to complete the job.

Gutters were cleaned while I was at work. They did a good job (no more little trees growing out of the gutters!). I only interacted with the owner on the phone, not the technician who performed the work. Owner was professional and helpful. The price was GREAT because I used a Groupon coupon. I will use again for gutter cleaning and would like to have them clean the siding.

I wasn't very pleased with them and I won't use them again. They didn't complete the work in the stipulated amount of time. They did as much as they could in the 3 hour's time. They were very nice and the work that they did do was good. I talked to her about it and she said that she was going to call me back but she never did.

He was prompt and came exactly at the time he said he would. He explained how and what he was going to do. Our dryer is in the middle of the house so the vent runs all the way across the ceiling of our den to the outside. When he was finished he showed me how much lint he had gotten out of the vent.. Surprise - it wasn't as dirty as I had thought but so worth it to know it was clean and not a hazard. He was very pleasant and at a great price. Would use him in the future and recommend him!
