Marshall Cleaning Service

Everything was cleaned as well as could be expected.

Marshall Services left nothing but cleaned gutters (and they were full) and a roof free of debris - nothing on the ground. Will hire again!

Tech arrived and did a great job cleaning. He left a note at the front door with a message to call the tech. The tech did a great job explaining what he had done. I was extremely impressed.

The dryer vent was cleaned and the clogs were removed. Very pleased with work performed.

They were so thorough at first and service was wonderful. As things typically go, attention to detail started to slip, staff turn over resulted in changes to the people coming into my home and literally of the 4 times I said something to the manager about the inconsistent level of cleaning detail and the first time, my email was simply forwarded to the cleaners... without feedback or comment. I was surprised by that, and the cleaners were then upset with ME.. The next time I said something I was offered $20 and an apology.. and then following TWO times I said something I never heard another word about back. Each time when I followed up, I was told "I will call you, or the office manager was SUPPOSED to call you". This isn't service. When you are paying $120 per week for 4 hours of cleaning, service should be consistent, reliable and predictable. Because of the poor responsiveness and lack of communication, I would not hire them again. Initial cleaning was amazing.. just not consistent after a month or so in.

The technician arrived on time, introduced himself and inspected the areas that needed to be cleaned. He was thorough, professional and explained any add-on service (I knew stairs would be extra). He did an exceptional job and removed a red Icee stain that I really thought was a lost cause. *I do want to note that I gave them a B on punctuality only because they called and had to reschedule their appointment due to a technician being sick.

The work was efficiently completed and the clean-up after cleaning the vent was excellent. I do not agree with the extra charge, however, just because a step ladder was used to access the vent from the deck. The vent was not in an obstructed area, but rather a wide open area.

It went just okay. I was not thrilled.

Did a good job overall but forgot to vacuum the insiden-the-door vent out.

They were excellent. They were on time and did a good job. They did do extra which I was afraid was going to happen. So it came to more than actually advertised, but if you looked at the small print, you could see that you had to pay more. They were not the bargain I thought they would be.

Great - they cleaned both bathrooms.

Great experience with Dustin. Follow-up with Brian Marshall too. We plan to use Marshall Cleaning Service for our HVAC duct cleaning in the near future.

They did a good job cleaning. I think one of the ladies stole some medicine from my daughter. Not taking anything from here would have been really good. I think they did a good job cleaning. It's just they didn't get everything done that I have wanted to get done. I would probably find somebody else.

Cleaners were professional and thorough. I had a little communication problem when scheduling the appointment, but everyone was courteous.

It went very well! Marshall's is a good provider. I've used them before, and they did a good job then, also. I'm happy with them!

Marshall showed up exactly on time and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and completed the carpet cleaning within the expected time frame. The price was the best I have found in Knoxville. (I have called many carpet cleaning companies.) We will have them back again soon! Great work!

They were on time and date they said they would be available. Very professional , came in and did the work.I had one problem and that was when the floor dried.There was 4 tiles grout that was discolored so I called, and called , and called. I was told the person who did the cleaning would be in touch, He didn't contact me . I asked for a pint of the cleaner to take care of the discolored grout, didn't send . I have called many times and was told they wanted to keep a happy customer several times ( I'm not happy ) I don't know whats the problem but they don't care after the money has changed hands. Don't use
