Marshall Cleaning Service

The cleaning went well but the service crew was late in arriving from the time I was originally told when scheduling the appointment. I understand they were help up on a prior job the morning of service however someone from the office should of notified me when they knew they were running behind schedule.

The cleaners who were sent to our home did an abysmal job. Upon inspecting their work after their 2-hour cleaning session, barely anything was clean! There was still dust all over the ceiling fans, the baseboards were still filthy, the refrigerator still had stains and food crumbs all over it. I called Marshall to complain, and they sent the same cleaners back to my home. They had a nasty attitude and mouthed off at me for complaining. It was completely unprofessional. I do NOT recommend their services to anyone, and I will not hire again!

Basically I got an email that said they had completed the service and wanted me to rate them. They have never been here so I called them and the girl argued with me on the phone. I had been here all day and I know they haven't been here. They went to a different house. They didn't come to my house. It was what the deal was. I said it would be nice though for them to call before they come because I have a backyard that's fenced and there's a gate so they can't get in. They said they will. It was the responsibility of the cleaners to do that. My wife and I were here. We were fixing to go to a Tennessee basketball game. The guy walked up to the door, he was in the front yard and said he is there to clean the gutters. I asked why they didn't call. He said they were supposed to in the office. I said the office told me they were, and he told me they were. Neither one of them did it. We had to cancel our game to Tennessee since he was here. I had opened the back gate. I didn't get up to check on the roof to see if he did a good job. His clean up wasn't the best. I am just not accustomed to people showing up at my house wanting to do work and not calling in advance. The price was fine. If he was reasonable then they would have had a lot better service. The guy that did the cleaning did a good job on that. It was just not professional showing up to my house without calling.

The work was accomplished in a timely fashion and a good clean-up was performed afterwards. The workers were friendly careful not to damage shingles etc.

They arrived on time an did a good job. I plan to hire them again.

Called on 11/30/16 to arrange service. We were put on the schedule and told it would probably be 2-3 days weather dependent. As it turned out the weather didn't cooperate and this was delayed for about 10 days. The workers arrived on time, used long extensions on commercial blowers to clear the gutters and completed the job in less than 1/2 hour. Cleaned the area around the house of leaves. Very good job. Marshall honored the Angie's List discount posted on their site.

Weather was an issue but MCS kept me updated with emails the whole time. The gentleman who did the service was very nice and even blew the leaves off of our driveway after doing the work. Professional, quick, and priced right.

They are excellent! I will definitely use them for carpet cleaning, again!

It worked out good, I was satisfied. I don't think I paid anymore. It was a good value. It took them maybe under three hours. The workers were very good.

Great! Even gave me tips on how to avoid build-up in the future.

Everything was without a hitch. Gentleman was very friendly and business-like. Finished quickly.

Buyer Beware...If you want a guy to walk around your house with a leaf blower and a plastic extension that reaches up to your gutters to "clean" your gutters, then this is the deal for you. If you want someone to actually get up on the roof and clean your gutters, I would look elsewhere.

It didn't. I called to schedule this service on 12/7. Today, 1/2 it still hasn't been done. When I called I was told that it was due to weather. I know the weather wasn't perfect in December but surely there were enough good days that this work should have been completed. I was told today that I was now put at the top of the list for Thursday 1/5. Are they telling everyone that?

They still have not shown up and I have been charged by Angie's list. Second vendor from Angie's list that did not perform services. Still waiting for Angie's list to refund my money.

Gutter cleaning was done properly & efficiently.

OK. The bottom of one gutter section of about 40 ft. length was not cleaned very well. I should have taken time to supervise and do a careful inspection before the serviceman left. So I blame myself for the incomplete job. Not a big deal and would not keep me from hiring them again. See the attached photo which was taken AFTER the cleaning was finished.

This was a big deal purchase. Those guys were fantastic. I was expecting the pricing to be up higher. There were no add-ons or any pressure. They rescheduled to another day and that was fine with me. They got rid of some pet stains and moved some stuff off the carpet for me. I asked the technician if he needed help and he said he didn't. He was very upfront and at the end asked if there was anything else. I told him I had this one spot so he hit it again. Then he walked out the door. I had to chase him to give him a tip.

It worked out very well, no problem at all. They were prompt and on time. They did their work very well. I liked it, I did not have to interact with them very much. They were professional and pleasant.

They're technicians did extra. I asked them to look at a spot in an area in the house where I was not having any carpets clean. They cleaned it up for me for free, they also left me a bottle of spray cleaner that I did not have to purchase. They were nice. The work was very good. They were a little expensive.

They were on-time, professional and quick. They did a terrific job on my husband's recliner that is very well-used. It's been at least 3 years since it was last cleaned and it's more than 6 years old and it looks great and smells so much better. The carpet was very spotted and had a big red juice stain. They got all of the spots and I can see a little of the stain because I know where it was but my husband couldn't see it. The 2 guys were quick, worked well together and were done in little under an hour. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

It took them several days to contact me, and they did not come until the day after I had expected them. However, they did a good job, and were willing to clean up around the patio and walkway after removing the leaves from the gutters. I think for the price they did a good job.
