Marshall Cleaning worked hard to remove some water stains and mold on an Asian-type area rug. Although they could not be removed completely from the back of the rug, the top is beautiful. including the fringe.

They fly through the carpet cleaning like vacuuming. Extraction process is questionable. Carpets took 2 days to dry. Great customer service but hurry through the job.

Friendly nice personnel - odor remains in living room carpet - was in a bedroom carpet but I let the ceiling fan run a long time which helped but have let floor fan run at living room but the stale odor (I guess you would call it lingers behind). Is there anything Marshall Cleaning could do to eliminate odor? Please telephone me.

Hired to clean dryer vent (wall to outside). They were prompt, professional, and made sure to clean up all the lint that went into the yard.

Showed up kn time ( actually early), very knowledgeable, nice, & friendly. I had two rooms, a hallway, and a stairwell dkne and everything looks new. There were some places that didnt come as clean as we all wished but he made them as light as he could... this is just an old house with set in stains. He was able to clean the carpets above satisfaction. We will be using them soom on the house i am about to sell!!
