Jerry at Fletcher's Carpet Repair showed up on time to clean my extremely dirty and pet-stained carpet. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service. He worked non-stop and thoroughly cleaned my stained carpet to perfection. My carpet is now beautiful and looks brand new. Jerry's prices are also very reasonable and I will definitely call him again for carpet cleaning and repair. I would also highly recommend his company to anyone needing this service. Contacted me next day after requesting on HomeAdvisor. I had to reschedule and Jerry was very understanding. We rescheduled and Jerry showed up and completed the work. He is a hard worker and did a fine job.

Provided excellent service prior to doing repair work and I was satisfied with work upon completion of job. Not sure about pricing as I was unable to find any other person willing to quote or do the job so I'm a believer in quality customer service & I can honestly say that Jerry Fletcher delivered that and I am always willing to pay a little more if the service is worth it.
