Fletcher's coverage area includes all of East Tennessee including Kingsport and they responded promptly when I needed the carpet stretched in a room right away because I was having guests to my house and wanted it done before they arrived the following week. He did a great job and is scheduled to come back to do two more rooms for us once I am ready. I had called several carpet repair businesses located in Kingsport and left messages and not one of them called me back! Fletcher's, which is based in a central location in East Tennessee with a coverage area of ALL of East Tennessee from Tri-Cities to Knoxville area offers prompt and quality service.
