The salesperson, Glenn, was very accommodating in setting up a time for an estimate. He took the time to fully explain our options and answer all our questions. They got started about 2 weeks after we signed a contract and completed the job in 2 days. They were very professional and friendly and cleaned up after themselves.

The insurance company has approved their estimate. They would be starting the work next week or the week after that. We were impressed with the way they called as the first time, the way they did the measuring and the estimate and everything. We were also impressed by the price they offered us which was very fair. They have also done some work that we are aware of. They invited us to take a look at it and we did take a look. We were impressed with the work. We feel very secured and good that they are doing our job. They were very punctual and they came right after we called them.

CRS was great to work with from start to finish. Owen is the production manager and responded to every question and issue. He and Glen ensured I was happy before final payment was made.

They were very good and were reasonably priced for vinyl windows. They were very professional and did a great job. The quality of the product was good and the installation was great. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Glenn came to our home and showed us all the different style replacement windows available. We wanted Marvin windows due to their high ratings. CRS measured and ordered Marvin windows with the fixed grills and low E tinting. Our old windows were wood with clear glass. THe difference is amazing! The amount of heat from the sun is bearly detected and there is no outside noise anymore. I previously had blinds in our kitchen because the windows faced East. I will not reinstall them because it is so cool in our kitchen with the new windows. The installation was a lot more involved than I anticipated. They have to cut the old windows out and remove all outside trim down to the brick. This was very loud and work intensive. The installers were so courteous. They always called before arriving and were always on time and professional. They did a fabulous installation job and made sure every aspect of the installation was perfect. Cant say enough about Charlie Hicks and his crew. When they were finished they cleaned up everything and our new windows look amazing.

I had not used these people before either. I will continue to use them in the future.

CRS did an exceptional job. I chose them because of their great rating on Angie's List, and I am very happy that I did. They actually performed the work earlier than expected. The did everything promised and even painted some windows sills for me. I finally put in this review because I am having them do siding work and install a new steel roof shortly. I will add that review later. Use CRS, they are awesome.

We are repeat customers of C.R.S. We couldn't ask for more. The company is courteous, timely, efficient, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. We plan to replace additional windows via this company in 2012. In fact we look forward to it.

CRS was referred to us by a neighbor who spoke highly of their professionalism. The crew that completed the job was prompt and efficient. The windows are beautiful, energy efficient and maintenance free, which was the selling point for us. However, the crew left several caulk tubes lying in the yard when they left, along with a lot of scraps of wood and metal lying in the yard around the air conditioning unit and on the porch roof where they were working on the second story windows. Our biggest complaint was that the "plugs" were left out of one window and it took 4 phone calls to finally get those mailed to us. We got no response from our first 2 attempts to request them; then we were promised them after the 3rd phone call, and after 2 weeks, we called again, and finally they were mailed to us. Having spent over $15,000, I guess we expected a bit more follow-up and response to our request. We still have a few more windows to replace. We will talk to CRS about these issues before we commit to using CRS to do the job. However, overall, our experience was good.

The salesman came out to my house, showed me the different options, etc of what was available & how the windows are made. He took measurements & was very patient & courteous with all of my questions. I got several quotes from different companies & about a month after his visit decided to go with CRS Exteriors. Their product is not the cheapest, but the quality seemed much better. Two days later Olin came over to get the final measurements. I was told at that time that they would be in their warehouse in about 2 1/2 weeks. I went to visit my sister in Florida in the meantime. The next week Olin called me to report that my windows were in which was about a week early. I told him that I was still out of town, but could get my neighbor to let the workers in so they could begin installation. He also reported that one of the sashes had arrived broken but that he had already reaordered it. They came out & began my install the next day. The second day it rained & I received a call from Olin letting me know that the workers would be @ my house Saturday a.m. to finish due to the weather. Saturday bright & early they came & completed the work. As soon as the replacement window for the one that arrived broken came in, they immediately brought it out. The front window was not as I had expected it to be so I called Olin & explained what I had wanted, he called the manufacturer & they got me what I wanted & he brought it out personally to replace the other one at no additional charge. Even though they were very busy due to all of the major storms we have had in this area recently, I was always made to feel that my needs/wants were important & never had to wonder what was going on with my order. Their customer communication service is top notch! I plan on replacing my siding & doors in the future & will definitely call CRS Exteriors first!

CRS Exteriors was good. They were really nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything and I only found one nail in the lawn after all 13 windows!

Three installers came on time. They were pleasant. We found them to be efficient (tidy J0b) they cleaned up after themselves and nothing was damaged around the window. Job took about 5 hours. No complaints. Lots of praise!

Glen at CRS advised us on various window choices and recommended a highly energy efficient window. We got a prompt quote that was significantly better than two other premium window companies. Olen came in a couple of days to do detailed measurements. The windows (all custom sized) were manufactured and sent to CRS in about 3 weeks. Olen called to confirm installation starting in a couple of days. The foreman, Derek, and crew arrived as scheduled. They had everything they needed to complete the job. They used drop cloths inside and took off their shoes every time they came in. The windows are very high quality. The installation was first rate. The workmanship was outstanding as was the attention to detail. Installation materials were top notch. They insulated gaps that would be hidden later--I'm sure I lot of people skimp on this. I think this is the kind of work that skilled people do on their own homes. They exceeded my expections, which were very high. Glen and Olen both told me that I could expect the finest quality windows and workmanship and that's what I got. I highly recommend this company for windows and doors.

Overall a very positive experience. I contacted the company for an estimate to replace all of my home windows. Salesperson arrived ontime and as scheduled. He thoroughly explained thier window products, the replacement process, and thier current installation schedule. He brought in a demo window and went through the features. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. The installation crew arrived on schedule and installed most of my windows (the owner had to measure two windows that had to be special ordered - they were installed two weeks later). The crew were courteous and friendly. The contractor installing my windows was knowledgable and professional. I was generally pleased with the installation. The only criticism I have is the cleanliness of the crew. I had to blow off my driveway the shavings from the crew cutting the window molding. They also dragged the shavings into my house which had to be vacumned. In addition, I had to pick up quite a few nails (at one window it looked like somebody had knocked over a box of nails and just left it there). I had a roof installed the year prior and picked up less nails. With that being said, I would not let that influence you from hiring this company. I would use them again if the occasion arises.

CRS Exteriors came to my home to show me the product lines they had for replacement windows. They were very professional and showed me a couple different options, one fiberglass and one vinyl. I chose to have the vinyl windows installed with a low-e/argon/superspacer combination. A few days later Olen came out and measured all the windows so he could order them. In just under a month CRS called to schedule the install for the windows. The installers arrived around 9 am and started. It was after two windows were installed that I noticed that the wrong windows had been ordered. The installers stopped and I contacted CRS. The windows I ordered were to have a superspacer and the ones being installed had a stainless steel spacer. While CRS checked on the order I researched the stainless steel spacer online as I did not want to have to reschedule the installation. CRS agreed to order new windows if that was what I wanted and provided documentation from the manufacturer that the ones ordered had identical performance values as the superspacer windows. I read the literature and allowed the install to continue. CRS explained that they order the best products when placing orders and just chose the top option when placing the order out of habit which led to the mistake. I was concerned about the stainless steel spacer not being as good so they provided me with a written guarantee that they would replace the windows if I was not satisfied in any way. It made me feel better to have something in writing. The installers did a good job and explained what they were doing when they came across any 'gotchas'. They were courteous and respectful of my home. They performed the install on a 96 degree humid summer day with heat index of 100+. Installers could have cleaned up a bit better outside but were better than a lot of installers I have dealt with in the past. Overall I am satisfied with the installation and the product. I would use CRS Exteriors again.

They are honest and punctual. When they tell you they are going to be there they will be there. If the work is not up to everything they told you it would be, they will come back and make sure it is before they completely get over the job.

Found CRS on Angies list, contacted six different companies, four looked over the job, and we got only two quotes. CRS?s owner paid better attention to our needs and wants. Plus they had a better quote for the job. He and his crew showed on time and worked thru rain delays. Due to budgeting, we replaced siding, a door and insulation on one side of the house. The crew worked thru 100 degree heat for two days and got the job finished on time.

We saved $1,900 on our window because we used CRS instead of another window company. And, we got the same quality. The other company spends a lot more on advertisements it seems.

We had 15 Marvin Infinity replacement windows installed last November. They have decreased our heating/cooling bills, decreased the amount of road noise and haven?t cosmetically changed the look of our house from the old wooden windows. CRS and their installers were very professional. They took the time to speak with us about any issues or concerns. When the job was completed the installers ensured that we knew how to work the windows and they cleaned up after themselves. CRS also called us a few days later to verify our experience was a good one. I would HIGHLY recommend CRS and Marvin Infinity Windows!

Made 3 trips to our house. Spent hours showing us models of windows, pictures & photographs and driving to homes with different styles of windows. The installation was fast, neat and expertly done.These are the best windows, by far, that we could find.

CRS did great. They showed up shortly after the windows were delivered from the factory to install the replacement windows. There was some initial confusion about replacing rotten brick molding on the part of the installation crew but it was quickly resolved and they replaced all rotten molding with new material and covered everything with aluminum sheet metal sealed to the house and window. CRS came back a few weeks later when the contractor had the addtion "in the dry" and installed the five new windows. The installers left the shaped aluminum to cover the brick mold after we get the siding installed.

Great. Scheduling was a little tough due to holidays but we were not in a hurry. So we coordinated and they arrived on the date and time agreed upon. Completed work in 3.5 days, within the time frame they quoted. Cleaned up debris and hauled away old windows. Took great care inside the house. Removed shoes at our request. Took down and replaced blinds and window treatments as required.

Overall CRS Exteriors did a great job. The new windows look wonderful, and I can already tell a difference in the way my house feels...It's not nearly as cold inside now as it was with the old windows. The installers were very courteous and professional. The job took two days to complete--one day to install the windows and another day to do the trim on the outside. The only problem I had with this company was that they left a bit of a mess that I had to clean up. There were some dirty handprints on the walls around the windows, and some of their materials were left in the yard. I think I got a great deal on this job. Another company was going to charge twice as much for the same work. The installer also made sure that I knew about the tax credit and gave me the necessary paperwork to claim it. I definitely recommend CRS Exteriors, and I would use them again.

It went just as they said it would replaced one window at a time, cleaned them inside and out and cleaned up as if not one had ever been in the house. They were on time and nice installers. Had to return for a touch up around stucco and didn't mind to do what we asked.
