excellent. very polite, very timely, quick and professional. they called back very soon after i called them, made an appointment on the first day available, and the service person was great.

The old faucet was soldered onto the pipe and the soldered joint was very close to the house making this other than a routine task. It became more complicated when Mark went into the crawl space to find a better place to solder the pipe. At some point, the feed pipe went through the floor so that the pipe feeding the faucet could not be accessed through the crawl space. Mark figured out where the T had to be and cut through a wall panel to get to the pipe. He then cut the old faucet and pipe off and put a new frost resistant faucet on and repaired the wall panel.

Wonderful experience. Called in early AM and received call back within a few hours. They were very considerate and came right out. Chris was the technician. He was professional and nice, and definitely knew right away what the problem was. Work was performed quickly, and Chris asked questions and made sure that I the customer was pleased. He even did extra work to caulk the toilet and make sure it was level. After he was finished he cleanup up and make due I was happy. I was very pleased end to end with my experience, and will certainly use Cedar Bluff Plumbing for any future plumbing needs that I have.

We wanted to update the faucet, handles, drain, and overflow on our jazuzzi tub, plus a new showerhead, handle, and drain in our shower, but since access was a problem, and we'd had bad luck with plumbers in the past, we'd been putting it off. The rave reviews here gave us the courage to call, and Kenny was fabulous. He arrived on time, immediately knew how to get the job done, then called us from the plumbing supply store and walked me through the online catalog to show me the various models that would work in our situation. He was hugely patient as I dithered over choices. The following day he was back, replaced everything in record time, which including neatly cutting a hole in a wall -- he put the sheetrock back in place -- and we couldn't be more pleased. If we ever need ANY more plumbing done, we're definitely calling Cedar Bluff!! Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Two men arrived when they said they would and completed the work described above in about 2 1/2 hours.

Noticed water damage and heard a leaking coming from upstairs bathtub. Called the company on a Thursday afternoon and they said they could send someone the next day. Plumber arrived about 2:30 Friday and spent about 30 minutes diagnosing the problem and trying to fix it from shower drain before having to cut into ceiling downstairs. That didn't stop it, though, so he went through the ceiling and found the problem -- an old metal pipe so corroded that when he took the saw to it, it just fell down on its own. Other pipes in the area were starting to show some rust, so I told him to go ahead and replace them all while he was up there. He had to call backup cause parts of the job required one person up in the bathroom and one downstairs. Two were in the area and both came to help. They ran into another problem as rust from corroded pipe had ruined threads on the pipe they needed to attach into. So it took them a lot of trial and error to find a way to get attachment screwed in. Fortunately they did, which saved me from having to patch up a section of wall in addition to the ceiling. After that, it was pretty smooth, and they got the new PVC pipes installed and tested for leaks. All three guys were friendly, respectful and helpful. They explained everything they were doing and gave me options on what they could do. I was expecting to pay around $500 for the job, so I was very pleased with the price. I would definitely recommend Cedar Bluff Plumbing. In fact, I'm already planning on having them come back out to check the plumbing for the sink. I figure better to get it all fixed up now if need be so I only have to patch and paint the ceiling once.

The plumber showed up when we called within a reasonable time even though we said that the matter was not an emergency. The plumber was able to quickly refit the drain pipe- (we were too nervous to cut into the main drain, but it had to be done to get the pvc puzzle to fit without leaking. The plumber was in and out and our pipes have worked flawlessly since. We were pleased only to pay the trip fee and an hour's worth of work- what a great deal. The plumber was courteous (love it when they wipe their feet on the way in) and friendly and very professional. If we have another plumbing problem I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

He did an excellent job. He came when he said he would and did what they said they would. The price was reasonable.

Timmy did a fantastic job. He had all the tools and supplies necessary to get the job done, didn't waste any time, and actually arrived at my house within a couple working hours of my request being put in. Our water pressure is back to normal, and our lines are no longer backed up. Plus, I asked Timmy a question about how I could do a huge plumbing job myself, and he answered my questions honestly without any reservations. I still might hire out the job, but now I know how to do it if I have the time to do so.

After having a different company come out the week before that charged me $800 to tell me I had roots growing in my sewer line causing the backup. They tried to clear the drain from the bathroom to the sewer line. Which worked for about 3 days. Then the backup reoccurred. Cedar Bluff plumbing came out listened to my explanation of the backup in the bathtub and knew it was somewhere between the washing machine drain and the bathroom on the main floor. They worked upstairs and found the problem, cleared it and the drains have worked perfectly since.

I had called other companies and had trouble getting them to come out to the part of town where I live. Cedar Bluff is a fair distance away, but had no hesitation in coming. "Timmy" called before he headed to my home to check on directions and let me know he was on his way. He was courteous, hard working, competent, fast, and had all needed parts on his truck. He listened to what I told him about what the trouble was, and tried more than one approach to fix the problems until I was satisfied that the problem was resolved. It was notable that he did not bad-mouth the previous plumber, but did verify my opinion that the previous problems could be resolved, and then he did resolve them.

He arrived in a short amount of time after I explained what had happened. He was able to remove the object without removing the whole toilet. Because the job took only about fifteen minutes, it kept the cost down.

Placed a call at 8am on a Monday. Contractor answered promptly and had a crew on site by 9:30am. Service to the water heater was completed quickly. Asked the crew to repair a faulty shower faucet. Since this required a part not carried on their truck...nor stocked in the big box stores...they had to find one at a specialty plumbing supply shop. This took a little longer than usual, and cost a little more than usual, but only because the part was so obscure. Technician advised me of this before starting the hunt, and I gave him the OK to proceed. Both jobs were done before noon. Crew was professional and courteous.

Called them Monday morning, they came out Tuesday afternoon. Performed the service quickly and efficiently. I have no complaints.

They did a wonderful job. They managed to save us some money on our water bill as it got quite expensive over the months. They were on time and very professional.

Cedar Bluff came out the same day I contacted them to help me. I liked that. They acted extremely professionally and really knew how too accurately problem solve. They did send an apprentice though who still had some training time left to do in the field. He knew some things but not all. He knew how to fix leaky faucets and things like that but I am not sure if he could have handled a complicated job. Still, I felt satisfied. They could stand to lower their prices slightly but they're just great.

We were pleased with all the little jobs that the plumber took care of on his visit. The kitchen faucet was a challenge as I had not been changed in years, and they did a great job. I would recommend this plumber to others.
