The plumber showed up when we called within a reasonable time even though we said that the matter was not an emergency. The plumber was able to quickly refit the drain pipe- (we were too nervous to cut into the main drain, but it had to be done to get the pvc puzzle to fit without leaking. The plumber was in and out and our pipes have worked flawlessly since. We were pleased only to pay the trip fee and an hour's worth of work- what a great deal. The plumber was courteous (love it when they wipe their feet on the way in) and friendly and very professional. If we have another plumbing problem I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

He did an excellent job. He came when he said he would and did what they said they would. The price was reasonable.

Timmy did a fantastic job. He had all the tools and supplies necessary to get the job done, didn't waste any time, and actually arrived at my house within a couple working hours of my request being put in. Our water pressure is back to normal, and our lines are no longer backed up. Plus, I asked Timmy a question about how I could do a huge plumbing job myself, and he answered my questions honestly without any reservations. I still might hire out the job, but now I know how to do it if I have the time to do so.

After having a different company come out the week before that charged me $800 to tell me I had roots growing in my sewer line causing the backup. They tried to clear the drain from the bathroom to the sewer line. Which worked for about 3 days. Then the backup reoccurred. Cedar Bluff plumbing came out listened to my explanation of the backup in the bathtub and knew it was somewhere between the washing machine drain and the bathroom on the main floor. They worked upstairs and found the problem, cleared it and the drains have worked perfectly since.

I had called other companies and had trouble getting them to come out to the part of town where I live. Cedar Bluff is a fair distance away, but had no hesitation in coming. "Timmy" called before he headed to my home to check on directions and let me know he was on his way. He was courteous, hard working, competent, fast, and had all needed parts on his truck. He listened to what I told him about what the trouble was, and tried more than one approach to fix the problems until I was satisfied that the problem was resolved. It was notable that he did not bad-mouth the previous plumber, but did verify my opinion that the previous problems could be resolved, and then he did resolve them.

He arrived in a short amount of time after I explained what had happened. He was able to remove the object without removing the whole toilet. Because the job took only about fifteen minutes, it kept the cost down.

Placed a call at 8am on a Monday. Contractor answered promptly and had a crew on site by 9:30am. Service to the water heater was completed quickly. Asked the crew to repair a faulty shower faucet. Since this required a part not carried on their truck...nor stocked in the big box stores...they had to find one at a specialty plumbing supply shop. This took a little longer than usual, and cost a little more than usual, but only because the part was so obscure. Technician advised me of this before starting the hunt, and I gave him the OK to proceed. Both jobs were done before noon. Crew was professional and courteous.

Called them Monday morning, they came out Tuesday afternoon. Performed the service quickly and efficiently. I have no complaints.

They did a wonderful job. They managed to save us some money on our water bill as it got quite expensive over the months. They were on time and very professional.

We were pleased with all the little jobs that the plumber took care of on his visit. The kitchen faucet was a challenge as I had not been changed in years, and they did a great job. I would recommend this plumber to others.

Cedar Bluff came out the same day I contacted them to help me. I liked that. They acted extremely professionally and really knew how too accurately problem solve. They did send an apprentice though who still had some training time left to do in the field. He knew some things but not all. He knew how to fix leaky faucets and things like that but I am not sure if he could have handled a complicated job. Still, I felt satisfied. They could stand to lower their prices slightly but they're just great.

Mark is exceptional, as was his team member, they always asked if they could get me lunch (I don't drive) and locked up each day! They went above and beyond with their expertise, calmness, reassurance and knowledge in a very trying situation for us. They made a really horrible situation bearable. And probably kept me from having a relapse from my MS. Mark is a grade-A+++ plumber! As is the entire outfit, and his assistant!

I was able to schedule the visit from one day to the next. He was fast, professional and friendly. I was pleased overall, but found it a little pricey, considering the office is within two miles of my home. Maybe I am not aware of current prices in the area.

The toilet was running over and we called Cedar Bluff, who responded quickly. We've used Cedar Bluff a number of times over the past year and they are very responsive and capable. The price included some new parts.

This project was a simple one but it could have been a difficult one if you don't have the skills to accomplish it. That is why we relied on Cedar Bluff Plumbing. They were very qualified. It only took them ten minutes to finish the job.

They did very good work. They came as scheduled and my sinks didn't leak after they fixed them. The workers were really nice and they were very professional. I would definitely hire them again.

They did a perfect job and they really knew what they were doing because they re-routed it and they didn't have to tear up the yard at all. The worker they sent was very personable and easy to work with. They got the job done quickly and didn't leave any mess. I was pretty happy with them and I don't have any clue what the price was.

Cedar Bluff Plumbing is a very professional group of people. They explain what they have to do and the reasons for doing so. Their costs are very good and very equitable with other plumbing companies. They came on the day and time they said they would. They were finished when they said they would be. When they left I had no cleaning to do after them.

They have done other work for me in the past and it has all been good. They cleaned up really well when he was finished and we haven't had any problems with the drain since then.

Cedar Bluff Plumbing was a small job that took only less than thirty minutes to complete but they were kind, courteous, polite and respectful. We didn't have any complaints because they did what we asked and they were tidy.
