We had quite a back and forth between the salesman and his boss. They were not able to do all the work we wanted for our bathroom remodel, so we scaled down what we wanted and got a quote around $23,000. We declined that and were contacted by the supervisor a day or two later who said he could lower the cost to $14,000. I've simplified the back and forth by cutting out a bunch of phone calls and 4 home visits for pictures and measurements. In the end we signed and a very competent installer showed up on time prepared for the job. We were told a "team" would be installing and therefore the job would take at the most 2 days. Bob was our team and it took 4 days to get everything done, minus installing the tub. They had ordered the wrong one and we had to wait for the right one to be delivered. It took a week to get the tub and Bob took another day to get it installed. The salesmen seem to over promise and over charge, but the product and skill level of the installers are top notch. We are happy with the final product and would use American Home Design again. It was difficult to get anyone to make a bid, and there are a lot of rip off artists out there, so going with a national chain makes sense.

Everyone from the salesman to the installers were knowledgeable, professional and kind.

Felt like 11,000 for the "wet space" was a bit steep but they guarantee their product for life so I suppose if you look at the big picture for the product you are getting, custom designed for your space, and specifically fitted to your space the day of, replacement of plumbing lines, and a lifetime warranty I can't be too mad at the price

Pricey but worth it if you stay in your home for a while. Excellent customer service and quality work

The quality was superb. The installers were exceptional. The estimator came up with a unique solution to a bathroom floor problem we wanted to avoid. Perhaps the 8K plus price for a bathtub installation was ok.

The young man who did the work was wonderful.

The company is great, the cost is quiet pricey, I would recommended friends or family if they are able to afford it. They did my project in the summer and did a fantastic job.
