Very courteous and helpful. Quick response. They detected, reported and repaired additional problems that I would not have known about until structural damage became visible.

They were very fast, polite, and professional. I would use them again, in fact I will be calling them in a week or so do put up some rubber boots around the fence. They were actually the ones who find the problem. I would referral them to anyone.

Mr. Whaley responded to my request for help immediately, making an appointment that evening to explain the job and provide an estimate. He and his team showed up promptly on the start date and finished roofing my house in two days instead of the estimated three. They also, as requested and contracted, cleaned my house's gutters. The roof looks excellent, and the workers left my property as neat as it was when they arrived. I look forward to having Mr. Whaley do work on my house in the future; he knows what he's talking about, and he takes pride in doing good work. The roof needed a complete replacement instead of repair.

These guys were exceptional. They came out to my house and did a very thorough examination of the problem. They did a minor repair to my roof ( at no charge) in hopes that it has fixed my problem. They are very courteous and present a very professional and knowledgeable presentation of craft. Would definitely recommend and use these gentlemen in the future. Thanks again!!!!!!

Ricky Whaley the owner will be handling the overall maintenance of our rental home in Jonesborough, Tennessee. My wife and will rest better knowing that RW Home improvements is keeping an eye on things. Ricky not only is a talented man in all phases of home improvements but he is also a licensed plumber and home inspector. He was also licensed to spray chemicals for a mold and fungus problem that we had in our crawl space. He repaired our water damaged kitchen floor. He replaced the entire plumbing under the home with up to date materials and he repaired a sinking twisting floor joist by building a new cinder block and concrete stansion.

They were prompt, courteous and completed the repairs quickly.

We have a difficult roof due to another roofer making a mess. I am thankful to know and understand that the problems we had could be repaired, but we really should not have had them in the first place. RW Home Improvements repaired our roof and explained what was needed at a fair price.
